sorry it has taken a while to get back to you...
As you may remember, we have stayed at the apartment on two previous occasions, before you took over, so we were able to appreciate the redecoration work you have done. The apartment is very comfortable and contemporary in style, and has all of the facilities one could hope for.
The apartment was very clean on arrival (and, indeed easy to keep clean!); the guy who goes in to clean after the guests leave is clearly very thorough, as, from the poolside area, we noticed that he was there for at least two hours!
You might not be aware of the problem with the bathroom window, which was rather difficult to open and close, and which might benefit from some attention. I also banged my head (again - this has happened before!) on the cooker hood, which really is rather low on the wall and in fact I would worry that someone might suffer more severe injury (the corners are at eye level!) - perhaps you might consider adjusting this? I appreciate that this would be a fair bit of work, but I'm sure it would be worth it...
The only other negative would be the lack of cushions for the chairs and loungers on the balcony - the previous owner did provide these and it did make a difference.
On the whole, we enjoyed our holiday very much, and your apartment does you credit. Of our seven visits to Costa Teguise, we have enjoyed your apartment most, and the work you have done to it has only improved it.
We hope that we will be able to rent your apartment again when we next visit Lanzarote.

Andy the guy who cleans and maintains the apartment is fantastic, his number is on the wall so any problems he can be contacted immediately as he only lives a few minutes away. Good to hear he is doing his job properly !!
Regarding your points in the review:
Bathroom window - This has now been made easier to open and close.
Lack of cushions for chairs and loungers - We have now brought some !!
Cooker hood - I have had a word with my husband and we will look at this the next time we are out there, this should be in December.
