2 bedrooms + den (4 beds) | 2 full bathrooms | fireplace

Ideal for families, business travelers, and romantic getaways, our condo offers newly constructed upscale amenities at an affordable price. The complex adjoins three Marriott hotels, and is easily accessible just off I-5 along the Columbia River, 12-14 minutes from downtown Portland. We are within walking distance to the MAX light rail and shopping and restaurants on Hayden Island. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, den and living area, this 1100 sq ft apartment comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests.

A gorgeous king canopy bed with rich wood finish awaits in the master suite. You may think twice about climbing out of bed in the morning after a night spent on the plush pillowtop mattress, topped with 600 thread count sheets and duvet set. The attached bathroom features a large granite vanity with dual sinks, a glass walk-in shower, and a deep Roman soaking bathtub. The second bedroom contains a comfortable queen platform bed with solid wood frame. Twin over full bunk beds in the open den provide a third area for children or extra guests.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for high quality meal preparation. Appliances include gas range, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Cookware, dishes, glasses, mugs, and utensils are provided. The bar and dining table provide seating for six and ample entertaining space.

The living room features a 40' LCD HDTV, premium cable television, and Blu-ray / DVD player above a cozy electric fireplace. Sliding doors lead to an outside balcony with bistro table and chairs. Other amenities include high-speed WiFi internet access, in-unit washer / dryer, and central heat and air conditioning.

About Tim & Sara Long

Sara and I are happily married and raising our one-year old son. Our backgrounds are in computer software and marketing, and we have turned our attention to vacation rentals full-time since 2010. We love the incredible array of outdoor adventures Oregon provides, particularly hiking in the Columbia River Gorge and exploring the Oregon coastline.

Lovely apartment that's about a 10 minute drive to downtown Portland. The apartment furnishings seemed brand new, and was very clean. The beds are also very soft. The apartment was also in a quiet area, and there's a great Thai place nearby (2 minutes) that you have to try. It's like a hole in the wall and is run entirely by one guy. It's more authentic than a lot of thai places I've been to in the U.S.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Four adults shared the condo for 3 nights and we could not have been more comfortable. We came for a wedding and the location was perfect in terms of distance to the church, our son the groom's place, and we had easy access to everything we needed. Very clean, we did considerable cooking and had everything we needed at hand. Good parking situation, very secure site. A wonderful Marina is just down the road and we discovered a good backroad to the airport. The pictures are very accurate and Tim and Sara make everything simple to arrange. We definitely recommend and we will definitely use this accomodation anytime we return to Portland.

nice accomadations, but not what I was expecting.

The unit itself was lovely and met all of our needs for space, but the balcony looked directly into the unit behind us. I thought we would be able to see the Columbia River, but never had a glimpse of it from here. Also, it is not on Hayden Island. It was not the most convenient location to downtown Portland, especially during rush hours! Also it is not a place to stay if you like to be able to walk to nearby restaurants, etc. There was not really anything in the area to walk to. I felt it was far away from pretty much everything.

The pictures were accurate representations of the apartment. The kitchen is very nice. The bed in the master suite very comfortable. Tim made our stay very easy for us. Check in and out were easy.
