We spent the month of August in this condo and had a wonderful stay. We specifically chose this condo for its central location to so many sights in the city. It's across the street from the Seawall, which will take you just about anywhere. And of course, the view from the Seawall is just amazing. The condo is small, but well designed for 2 people. The living area is very comfortable for seating with a big TV. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we cooked more than half our meals in. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo as well. The bed and the bedding were very comfortable. There is no A/C in the unit, so we had the windows open the entire time we were there. That, of course, means we did hear the city street noises, but we truly did get used to that in a night or two. You can't have all the advantages of a big city without a little noise... We had an issue with a light and an appliance that didn't work, and that was addressed and fixed immediately. We used the fitness center and the pool and both were great. Diane was very accommodating and easy to work with. On our next trip to Vancouver we would definitely stay here again.
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this condo! Diane was extremely easy to work with and accomodating. She was punctual upon meeting us and very informative. We felt very safe in this location/building. We enjoyed being so close to the water and being able to walk to dinner. The parking space added tremendous value to our trip as we were able to explore around Vancouver and know we had a spot when we returned. We absolutely plan on visiting Vancouver again and would stay here in a heartbeat! Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable and easy!
We would definately recommend this property! Great location right across the street from the water where water taxi will take you to harbour locations including Granville Island. Bike rental right across street with access to sea wall bike and walking trail. Lots of restaurants, upscale food market, and coffee shops close by. Owners were very helpful. Condo is clean and well appointed. We will definately stay at this one again.
We had a wonderful stay in Vancouver at this condominium. It was very clean and had all the necessities. It is in an incredible location for enjoying Vancouver...1 block from the train station, 0.5 block from the falsecreek seabus, wonderful dining, etc.
Diane was very professional and the whole rental process went very smoothly.
very nice location, central to everything in Vancouver. Place was small, but very comfortable. Owners were easy to deal with. Didn't find place noisy, occasional ambulances would go by at 3 Am, but fell right back to sleep. Bed and sheets were OK, Very nice complex with nice neighbors
Description is misleading. "Rooftop" deck is on the third floor. There is not a den in the unit (I think the description must be referring to the dining table area as the "den".
Negatives: The property was very dirty when we visited. This unit is VERY noisy, with street noise at all hours. Also, the linens and towels are low quality (bedsheets felt like sandpaper). There are no basics, like soap or paper towels.
Positives: The location is great. There is a phone to use for local calls. The parking is convenient.
