Welcome to this recently updated Cape Cod style home! Not your grandma's beach house, our home is situated on a quiet, sandy cul-de-sac. Located a half mile from the bike path, this spacious four bedroom home, ideally nestled between the bay and the ocean and just a short bike ride from several area ponds, is perfect for you and all your family members -- including your four-legged friends (well behaved dogs only, please!).

Featuring hard wood floors throughout, this house has a great layout with plenty of room for family bonding while also having plenty of space for quiet time, too. Whether you're enjoying a cup of freshly ground coffee in the sun room, strolling along the scenic nearby trails of Fort Hill, or biking or rollerblading along the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail, this house is the perfect spot to create those happy family memories!

Decorated in a fresh, contemporary manner, every room is evocative of the beach without the typical kitschy clutter. The first floor features a large living room (with flat screen TV that has WI-FI connectivity) that opens to the sunny dining room, with a table large enough for everyone to sit comfortably. Two comfortable bedrooms are located on the first floor -- each with plenty of room. The front bedroom includes two twin beds while the back bedroom, located next to the downstairs bathroom, features a queen-sized bed.

Upstairs you'll find the second bathroom and two bedrooms, both of which are bright and spacious. The master bedroom showcases a king-sized bed, and the other bedroom, geared towards children, has plenty of room for two twins AND a full-sized bed.

Other features include a sunroom, the perfect spot to enjoy early morning coffee or lounge with the morning paper, an outside shower with hot and cold water, and a pool table in the basement. To complete the picture, we also have a spacious backyard complete with ouside table and chairs--a great place for your family to hang out with Fido while dinner is cooking on the Weber gas grill.

Sunlight abounds in this cheerful house, so even if it's grey or raining outside, you will be comfortable and cozy in this happy house.

Adorable house, wonderful owner

We spent two wonderful weeks at this Eastham property! Christine was a joy to deal with throughout the entire process and I never wondered about the legitimacy of the rental. She was extremely forthcoming, left welcome flowers and coffee and even arranged delivery of propane gas tank for the grill after realizing it was empty. She also promptly returned our deposit check.

The house was very clean and superbly equipped with everything from state of the art TV, to lobster pot, to a nice set of kitchen knives. We brought our dog's own bed, but she appreciated use of the one in the basement, which we put in the living room. Our daughter loved the large upstairs bedroom, which got pretty warm so she had to use the a/c. Thankfully there was one! Needless to say, our dog enjoyed the large yard. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and the only thing I can recommend is maybe stringing up a hammock somewhere outside. Thank you, Christine!

Peaceful retreat

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. It was very quiet and peaceful, yet just a few minutes drive to seaside and bay-side beaches and the town of Orleans - but nothing is in walking distance. The home was spotless and very comfortable and it was great to have the bikes and beach chairs available.
