The villa is perched on a hill top and offers fantastic panaromic sea views. The villa has been designed in a traditionally styled villa and commands beautiful views over the mediterrean coast and surrounding mountains. The villas is situated just a few minutes drive from the bustling Spanish town of Estepona, this spacious villa is the perfect base for a fabulous holiday. From the house, it's just a short stroll to Bermuda Beach where a walking track can take you all the way to Sabanillas. Also nearby is the Albayt Country Club with its fitness centre, outdoor pool, spa, restaurant and bar, or visit the Port of Duquesa which is just a 5 minute drive away. The villa boasts a fantastic garden and terrace area with BBQ which overlook the private pool.

Notes: The villa has secure off road parking for up to two cars. The villa is centered around a feature tower filled with original artworks and sculptures. The spacious and bright lounge dining area opens out onto the terrace and pool area with built-in BBQ and al-fresco dining area. The master suite has a super-kingsize bed, full ensuite bathroom and access directly to the terrace. Downstairs from the tower there are four more bedrooms, two with twin beds and two with doubles, and all with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a full guest bathroom with separate walk-in shower as well as a cloakroom. Towels and linen are provided along with a weekly clean and linen change.
