This first-floor apartment is decorated to the highest standards and consists of a spacious lounge dining area, which leads out onto a lovely private terrace with fabulous mountain and golf views. The lounge also has a sofa bed allowing for extra guests. The large master bedroom leads has a king-size bed and full ensuite bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a small terrace, and has an en-suite shower room. There is a also a separate WC for guests. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. Set on a beautifully laid-out 9 hole golf course, soon to be extended to 18, this fabulous new apartment makes the perfect base for any holiday to the Costa del Sol.

Notes: The complex offers a lovely pool area as well as a heated indoor pool, gymnasium, Turkish bath, sauna and gym. Estepona is a 10 minute drive in one direction and San Pedro a 5 minute drive in the other. The cosmopolitan port of Puerto Banus, with its designer stores and upmarket bars and restaurants is 10 minutes away. Golfers have several courses on their doorstep, and beach lovers have only a short drive to the Mediterranean. The beautiful village of Benahavis, famous for its fantastic choice of restaurants is only a few kilometres into the hills.
