There are three double bedrooms, two with ensuite and a further main bathroom. A large, spacious lounge/dining area leads out onto the terrace area, which has spectacular views over the golf course. There is an extra terrace at the rear of the apartment so you are guaranteed all-day sunbathing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a utility room. There is secure underground parking with a lift up to the apartment. The apartment also comes with a large storage room. This beautiful three bedroom spacious apartment overlooks the whole of the Rio Real Golf Course and is just five minutes from one of the most famous beaches in Marbella.
