Love the location for being alive all the time, year round. You never are board living on this location. what i love most ,is to go bike riding at stanely park in summer, and ski in winter time

Our experience at this rental was simply amazing for many reasons. First, the location is fantastic! If you are planning to stay here while visiting Vancouver, BC you really don't need a car and can explore the city by walking. If you like nightlife and a dynamic atmosphere, you only need to walk a few blocks down and you will enter the "Meat Packing District" of Vancouver, BC. Second, the apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has very comfortable beds and couches. Third, the building has great amenities including a gym, a swimming pool, and a common area which has an entertainment center, and a party room. We had a family reunion at the common area, and the facility was really wonderful. Last, the owner is very professional and exhibits excellent communication skills. She is very hospitable and responded to our needs promptly and efficiently. We are planning on coming back to Vancouver, BC next year and are definitely staying here again.
The location of the apartment was great. Basically right in the middle of downtown Vancouver. The apartment was clean and well presented. We did have a little difficulty gaining access as the concierge said he had no record of our stay. This was sorted out with a couple of calls, but it did cause some concern at the time. The parking place was very small. As there were 5 adults we had a large car, which was very difficult to park. Only having two entry keys was also a problem as we sometimes went separate ways. I think the apartment is also suited to 4 people rather than 5. Although we did make ourselves comfortable and enjoyed everything enormously. A big bonus was the games room, library, swimming pool and fitness centre. A couple of days were a bit drab so we made good use of the facilities. All things considered it was a very good choice and I would certainly stay there again. It would have to be 4 people max though. Would give 8 out of 10 if scoring points.
This condo was located in a great part of town and the building itself was nice. The condo itself was decent, and I agree with other reviewers that it needs some work and was not exactly as advertised. The wifi only worked during the very early morning hours of the day with service mostly unusable throughout the rest of the day (for 4 days in a row) which was disappointing as we were traveling internationally and had planned to rely on wifi. Also of concern was a table lamp where the cord was not long enough and had been cut and taped together with another cord. The unit was quite warm during August, probably due to sunlight coming through the windows but is worth mentioning for travelers who are sensitive to temperatures. Overall we had a nice stay it just was not the newly updated condo/newly replaced furniture that we expected based on the listing.

The condo and its views from the 33rd floor are extraordinary, with floor to ceiling glass on two walls. The pool/spa/sauna/weight room were also first rate.

The concierge is available 24/7 to provide the key when you arrive. This was very helpful to us since our arrival was delayed by 5 hours due to weather. We were glad to be able to get in without having to wake up the owner!
A relative of the owner helped us with information about check-in and other things. She was very attentive and we wish to thank her for treating us kindly.
The parking space is narrow as another reviewer noted, but we could still fit our Honda Odyssey in it. Should be ok unless you have a really huge truck.
The place is a few blocks from the SkyTrain stations on both lines and there are countless buses so you can leave the car parked if you want.
The place fits four adults comfortably in two bedrooms. Accommodating more folks may seem a little crowded.
Some reviewers have noted something about general cleanliness. I would say that the condo has been well loved, enough to rate 4/5. It didn't give us any cause for concern as our own home is well loved, too.
The kitchen is sufficiently supplied to eat in as much as you want. Groceries and beer/wine are two blocks away. We got fresh crab ravioli from the Granville Island Public Market and had that for dinner one night.
This was a fantasy come true for our weekend getaway. Thanks!
We enjoyed our stay so much . Just staying the condo with such a wonderful view was enough that we did not want to leave to go out side . We sure recommend this condo to people with family and any others who just want to get away for a few days. We definitely will come back to this condo again .
Our family enjoyed 8 nights in Yaletown over Christmas. The location was excellent - stunning views and close to attractions as well as public transport facilities. Parking in the parking lot was a breeze!
The kitchen could do with a little more cooking equipment such as utensils and lidded saucepans but otherwise a lovely kitchen to prepare basic meals when you don't feel like eating out.
We would recommend to friends and family who are planning to visit Vancouver.
