This beautiful three bedroom spacious apartment overlooks the whole of the Rio Real Golf Course and is just five minutes from one of the most famous beaches in Marbella. Marbella and Puerto Banus are both within a 15 minute drive. There you will find an abundance of restaurants and shops. This apartment is ideally located for many golf courses. Great restaurants either on the beach or nearby offer various types of cuisine. There are three double bedrooms, two with ensuite and a further main bathroom. A large, spacious lounge/dining area leads out onto the terrace area, which has spectacular views over the golf course. There is an extra terrace at the rear of the apartment so you are guaranteed all-day sunbathing.
