This is a beautiful villa with its own swimming pool, large garden and tropical plants. It is pleasantly situated near Puerto Banus and the beach in the secluded, smart residential Cortijo Blanco area. The villa has 300m² building with a land/garden of 1000m². The Villa is air-conditioned. One of Marbella's most established suburbs, it is only a 3 minute walk to the beach (150 m), hotels, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Recently a completely separate unit (Annex) has been added to the Villa La Caracola accommodating 2 to 3 guests.The Annex has one bedroom and en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, livingroon/dinningroom, its own garden and a large roof terrace.
