Beautiful courtyard villa in Phuket set across three separate buildings with three double bedrooms, a tropical garden and a private 15 metre swimming pool. Features of the villa include high speed wireless internet connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, a plasma TV with integrated sound system, a bar and a private 15m swimming pool. All rooms have air conditioning as well as fan units and all linens are provided. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms as well as an additional washroom in the main building. Managed services are offered to guests such as maid services, cooking, in house massage, laundry as well as car hire. The management office is located next to the villa and the helpful staff are available to handle any enquiries that you may have. Security guards are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure piece of mind. The villa is located on the two stunning Red Mountain (voted as one of the top 3 new courses in Asia in 2007) and Loch Palm golf courses.

From here you are just 10 minutes from Patong and Patong beach as well as 10 minutes from Phuket town. The Central Festival western style shopping mall and Tesco Lotus and Big C supermarkets are just 5 minutes drive away. Nai Harn beach as the southernmost point on the island is a 25 minute drive from the villa meaning that all locations on the island can be reached within 30 minutes. The golf courses offer world class golfing opportunities for beginners and experienced golfers alike and the two clubhouses provide great options for breakfasts & lunches when guests don't feel like cooking themselves. The clubhouses will also deliver food to the villa at no additional cost. Spread over 400 rai (160 acres) of lush, rolling hills, the courses have been carefully designed to blend beautifully with the natural terrain. Nestled below a panoramic range of peaks, the layout surrounds the largest lake on any golf course in Phuket - Crystal Lake. With a gentle breeze and more than 1,400 towering palms lining the fairways, you’re treated to a very scenic course along with the many challenging hazards and greens.

Both clubhouses serve Thai & Western food/drink from 6am to 7pm seven days a week, so you will never go hungry or thirsty when holidaying here. Loch Palm club house has a fairly unique feature, with the Driving Range being the lake! with slightly lighter floating golf balls used to make sure they do not disappear forever. Both clubhouses have practice greens which can be used whether or not you are actually playing that day.

I just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time in Phuket. Pisit and Poy were just wonderful to us. Pisit took us everywhere. The villa was luxurious, the highlight was getting in the pool at any time of day, and the water was divine.

Many thanks. I will be passing on your website to anyone I know who is considering visiting Phuket.

We hope to return in the not too distant future.

Stunning, luxurious villa.

My husband, sister, and brother in law all stayed at this luxury villa in January 2009. The villa is located in the Loch Palm Golf area, very close to beaches, shopping, and nightlife. The villa was more than I imagined, it is well maintained, lush garden, sparkling private pool and Thai decor. My family and I had the best time, it is very private and quiet. The master suite is incredible with a giant closet and huge bathtub, the bed is very comfortable and anything you need is taken care of. We have been to Phuket two times before and this was by far our best time so far.

Herriot (the owner) arranged a driver for us who was absolutely fantastic, he even waited on us during our day and was very knowledgeable about Phuket. We had a long list of recommendations from Herriot that were spot on including a private chartered speed boat to an small island that was absolute paradise. We got to experience a different side of Phuket that were not as touristy and busy, but relaxing and beautiful.

It was an amazing trip and a stunning villa that I would recommend 100% to anyone.

Excellent group accomodation

We used this villa for our family trip and found it to be perfect for our needs. Located halfway between the popular tourist spot of Patong and the townsite of Phuket it provided an ideal site out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas and is only a short ride by tuk-tuk to either site.
The villa itself was clean and very well maintained and has all the necessities you could require. The kitchen is fully equiped and the living room has all the latest in entertainment technology.
The rooms themselves are tastefully appointed and the bathrooms are large and well looked after.
The private pool was fabulous for that late afternoon dip, or just to sit by whilst having breakfast.
This villa would be well suited to families or small groups that want to stay out of the turmoil of the main tourist areas. You could easily stay here and not leave the villa if you were so inclined. The villa is a little piece of luxury and I can't recommend it highly enough.

We stayed in this property for 6 weeks in July 2007.

The property is beautiful and in a very private location. Right on the golf course. 15 mins taxi to Patong. Great property!! Both ourselves and our children had a great time.

Great villa in an excellent location

We had an excellent 10 day stay at this well appointed Villa, it is convienently placed on the island near Patong and Phuket town.

The management team were very helpful and and obliging to our needs. The Villa is nicely decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room to unpack and unwind. The kitchen has everything you need The area is quiet and you do not get disturbed apart from the frogs and crickets at night.

The pool is excellent and very clean and the garden is nice to sit and relax. Thanks for making it a very special holiday and we cant wait to come back.
