Unit 23V3 offers unique artwork, tile floors, granite countertops along with 3 TV's, 2 DVD players and a CD player. It also features new kitchen appliances and cabinets, a breakfast bar, central A/C, free internet access and is located close to the pool.
Golf Villa V23 is high on the hill with a breath taking view of nearby islands of Lanai and Molokai across the sea. Watch the whales while you are having breakfast on the patio and the sunset during supper. Both bedrooms have king beds and their private bath. Flat screen TV's in every room and blue ray in the great room. Wifi was recently installed and also a new washer and dryer. The pool is just below the condo. It is a 10 minute walk to either the beach or to the country store in the other direction. The kitchen is full equipped or it is just a 5 minute walk to the Pineapple Grill if you don't want to cook. This condo is hard to beat in Golf Villas!

And just to the south lies the recently renovated world famous ocean front Merriaman's Bay Club Restaurant. The resort is within minutes of most of West Maui’s sightseeing as well as the old whaling village of Lahaina.

We have managed this unit since 1999. Since then the owners have remodeled the kitchen with new counter tops and new appliances. This unit has a lot of repeat guests. There is also a Kapalua Resort shuttle that takes you anywhere throughout Kapalua: Great restaurants, Walking/hiking trails, 3 Beautiful nearby beaches…and more!
Our office is down the way in Kahana, where we have a full time maintenance staff if anything were to go wrong. We can assist you with all your island activities, restaurant reservations, golf t-times, etc. We manage multiple units in Kapalua, so if you have friends or family visiting we can accommodate them as well.
We stayed at this condo for the Xterra World Championship weekend. It was a perfect location. About a mile from the Ritz and all the action there. Easy drive to the Luau in Lahina. The condo is in great shape, they left us with the essentials to start. The view is just breath-taking!
This Kapalua property lived up to our expectations. The unit was equipt with everything we needed. I would certainly return to this unit and I would recommend it to others looking for a fantastic experience in Maui. All the best and thanks for a fantastic vacation.
