A bright and sunny 6th floor 1 bed apartment - overlooking gardens

This lovely 1 bedroom apartment located in elegant belle epoque building. The 6th floor apartment (with lift) has been stylishly and tastefully refurbished and furnished. On entry you have a bright kitchen. There is a large and spacious living room - with dining table and 4 chairs - a sofabed (doublebed) and storage cupboards and Flatscreen TV - with English Satellite TV, BBC, ITV and Sky news, etc, DVD, stereo. Phone for incoming calls and free internet access. The bedroom has a kingsize double bed and large storage cupboards and has a very cute sunny alcove perfect for the morning croissant. This apartment has fully reversible air-conditioning throughout and very bright and sunny as catches afternoon and evening sun. It is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo) approx 400 meters from beach and Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is non-overlooked and very pleasant views from its semi/balcony windows.

  • The Go-Nice agency that looks after you in Nice is very organized and has many years experience of organizing holiday rentals they have a contract with Nice airport (or a central hotel near Nice train station if arriving by car or train) collecting keys is very simple and efficient, you can arrive any time of day to 12 midnight (everyday) simply show your passport at desk and keys will be issued, no waiting around trying to meet people or worrying about delays - there is no charge for this service and no extra charge for late arrivals or Sundays.

    On booking full key collection details and directions are sent - Payment is by credit card - Go-Nice has an office in central Nice at 11 rue du Congres which also gives you reassurance that there is someone available in emergencies or any everyday questions.
