It is situated approximately 400 yards from the pristine Sandy Lane Beach on the exclusive West Coast of Barbados. The Falls – makes for a great holiday experience.

The Falls is an enclave of luxurious villas and town houses constructed to a high standard. Each property comprises 3 double bedrooms all en suite.

There communal pool and club house with (gym opening soon).

The residences are conveniently positioned near the following, fine dining & night-life, duty free shops and banking facilities. Tennis & golf are all within walking distance, as well as excellent swimming at the beaches of the west coast to include access to Coach House Beach Club in Holetown.

The Mango Bay Hotel provides full concierge services and also mange all the rental bookings.

Minutes walk to the entrance of the famous Sandy Lane Hotel as are tennis, golf and the beach. Supermarket shopping along with banks and duty free shopping is all within a 2 minute drive. Some of the worlds finest dinning overlooking the beautiful west coast beaches are just a short drive away. Bridgetown is a 20 minute drive offering a wide array of duty free shops selling all leading names from Gucci to Cartier!!
