Guestbook comments from the owner
We found the Symphony Suite to be just as advertised if not better. The location at least for us could not have been better. The condo it self was spotless and tastefully decorated. It had all that you would need for your stay and maybe more. Richard was very accommodating and friendly.
We would definitely , and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place in Boston, much better than a hotel for sure. We will definitely stay here again should the occasion arises.
Victoria and I are a husband and wife team that manage this beautiful unit and one other short term rental in Boston also on VRBO. We are both experienced in property management and want to make sure everything is first class. Only 5 star is acceptable! The 'Symphony Suite' is a great property, right in the heart of everything.
I moved here right out of college into this condo in 1994 when the neighborhood was a bit different. I lived here for many years with Victoria my wife. Now, we live in Allston, another Boston neighborhood. If you look up Royal Street in Allston, you will see it is a toss up between which place is more fabulous. My wife and I love the Symphony Suite so much we stay there sometimes too.
The Symphony Suite is equipped with a beautiful antique mahogany piano, as well as beautiful and comfortable furniture. The space is very large for a 1 bedroom and gives you the charm of a brownstone, in a real brownstone, but with the advantage of a renovation this year (2012) to make it very modern.
The entire street is a former Best of Boston winner for excellence in management and is in the shadow of the Prudential Center, the Christian Science and abuts Northeastern University.
You can walk to the Green Line E, the Orange Line the Bus #1 or #39 and others as well as to Newbury Street and the Hines / ICA 'T' stop with B,C and D train service.
