Alkyonides villas are two separate detached private properties. This lovely self- catering holiday rentals special for all ages. The villa can accommodate 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms with own bathrooms, a fully- equipped kitchen and a living room. Moreover there is a room for children and teenagers where they can spend their time playing mini soccer, billiard or chess. The adults can also enjoy their drink listening to music. The villas are among olive groves and have a stunning view on the sea. the villa has its own pool, landscaped illuminated gardens and convenient areas for lazy cocktails and/or dining. They can ensure privacy and calm. Moreover the comfortable sea beds and umbrellas give the opportunity to relax savouring a glass of wine by the pool and enjoy a romantic evening. This exceptional villa is 10 minutes apart from the sea and the town of Rethymno.

Alkyoni villa has four bedrooms with double beds and can accommodate 8 persons. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan Living/Dining room with a sitting area and TV corner with satellite TV, DVD, and fully equipped kitchen with dining table, fridge/freezer and electric oven. From the living room there is a door that leads to the pool. The big open windows that the villa has and the comfortable balconies offer the opportunity to enjoy the stunning view to the sea. There are delightful gardens with aromatic herbs, a swimming pool with comfortable sea beds and umbrellas and parking space. In the basement there is a big playroom (billiard, football table and chess) with a dining table, fireplace, a kitchenette and a shower/WC. Also activities that have to do with the sea like Bathing, water skiing, jet ski, sailing, boat trips, fishing. Being only 10 minutes apart from Rethymno city the renters of the villas can easily find attractions and ways of relaxation such as Bars/pubs, discotheque, restaurants, nature reserve, exhibition centres, historical sites, museums, summer theatre/ festivals, cellar and wine tasting, beauticians. Also bakeries, super markets and groceries are only 10 minutes far.

We were a family of 6 (youngest 16) staying at the property. We loved it. It was clean, spacious and beautiful with a lot of little extras. It was very private, yet located not far from the city and ocean. We felt like we were coming home in the evening after a day of activity. One day we even spent the entire day in the house and never felt closed in. The best features were the pool and the rec room with Foosball and pool. A rental car is a must. We would highly recommend this property to friends and would return ourselves.
