Villa Diana Facilities: Spacious 5 bedroomed Villa for rent - sleeps 10/12 people. The villa is particulary suited to two families/ groups of friends who want to holiday together, but still have own space. The ground floor 2 bedroomed area has a double sofa bed in lounge area, so can sleep 6. The first floor area has 3 bedrooms so can also sleep 6. Both areas have a fully equipped fitted kitchen, with a dishwasher in the ground floor kitchen. Access to the first floor living area is via an internal marble staircase. Villa Diana has a large 10m x5m private pool and is surrounded by olive, orange, lemon, pomegranate and apricot trees and is ideally situated for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. Set in an area of natural beauty with stunning views of Mount Aenos. The area has several small traditional tavernas offering a large variety of local cuisine and wine. The blue flag beach of Avithos is a 10 minute drive away and is only 1 of many beaches near to the Villa

Melessani Lake -Be rowed around the underground lake in awe of your surroundings, and hear the fascinating story of how the water comes to be there. Saint Gerasimos Monastery -Home to the remains of Saint Gerasimos, patron saint of Kefalonia. In the garden is the large plane tree that was planted by St Gerasimos in the 16th century. With church interior that is quite amazing. It is a working monastery, so all the usual rules about dressing modestly apply. Myrtos Beach-One of the most stunning views of Kefalonia. Argostoli-The islands capital, the place for you if enjoy great outdoor cafe society. Many shops, restaurants and tavernas. Fiskardo/Assos- Picturesque harbour villages. Mount Aenos national park with its eagles soaring overhead.
