NEW 2013 SUMMER RATES! $1500 a month, $500 a week. Land Harbor is a quaint community where many people escape the summer heat and enjoy hiking in the mountains and all the shopping and activities available from Boone and Blowing Rock to Grandfather Mountain. The temperatures and scenery can't be beat from April through October!

This home is impeccably well kept, has comfortable beds and quality linens as well as two reclining denim sofas and a large reclining chair for those rainy days spent lounging and watching movies on the flat screen TV with DVD player.

Both dual master bedrooms also have TV's and their own private bath - perfect for two couples or entertaining overnight guests. The large kitchen makes preparing a meal a breeze and the deck outside is perfect for dining al fresco after grilling up a great steak!

Keywords: This 2br/2ba cottage is located just across from the Golf Club, is easy to find and offers ample parking. It's light and sunny with attractive decor and comfortable furnishings, (almost every seat in the living room reclines!). The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook and entertain. Each of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and adjoins its own bathroom. The sheltered deck is surrounded with rhododendrons, providing peace and privacy while you relax. A gas grill and a patio fire pit are also available for your enjoyment.
