If you are looking for elegent, executive comfort, then look no further. This villa has it all. The pool deck, with large pool and spa, overlooks a conservation area making it the ultimate private retreat. Sun loungers and ample seating for the whole family to bask in the sun, or on very hot Florida days steal a little shade under the covered lanai.

This villa has 5 bedrooms, a beautiful king ensuite room with doors leading on to the lanai and pool deck, 2 queen rooms one with ensuite and private door out to the lanai and pool and the 2nd being a very private loft type room. There are 2 twin rooms with shared bathroom between. All the bedrooms have TV's and in the main family room there is a large screen TV with video and DVD players. This living room has new comfortable couches with recliner seating, added in February of 2012, while the formal living room has quiet tranquility and again doors leading to the pool deck and lanai.

There is an elegent dining room for family dinners, and a breakfast nook for quick breakfasts before hitting the Theme Parks or exploring the many attractions Florida has to offer.

The full cooks paradise of a kitchen has all that is expected of a home like this and there has been no expense spared in appliances and kitrchen accessaries. to the side of the kitchen there is a full size laundry room just adjacent to the kitchen.

Finally,the game room is equipped for the family with a full size pool table among the entertainment provided. Truly a home that is worth a visit for shear comfort and luxury, and only 10 minutes from the Disney Parks

Beautiful Home!

I have to say what a great experience this was - from the booking time all the way until the moment we left. In fact, we didn't want to leave!! The pictures honestly do not do this property justice. It is such a beautiful home.

I was a bit nervous booking this house as it didn't have any reviews but the moment we drove up I knew we had found a gem. Its in a gorgeous neighborhood. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. We even used the blender to make pina coladas! The games room was big hit with everyone in our group and the pool was so much fun! It had lots of towels and comfy bedding. All the furniture seemed brand new. Lots of room to spread out. I don't know why anyone would book a hotel room when you can have all of this.

We spent most of our time at Disney, so we didn't get to spend as much time in the home as we would have liked. The time to get to Disney was only about 20 mins and getting around was easy.

There is a shopping plaza a block away that had a grocery store, liquor store and a couple of restaurants. There is a Walmart 5 minutes up the road and a CVS pharmacy nearby too. Everything you could need!

We will definitely be booking this home again for our next Orlando vacation. I highly recommend it!!
