As you pull off the road into the car port and look down through the mature stepped garden you will see this peaceful airy family villa with the Mediterranean twinkling in the distance. This family villa is large enough for two families or a couple and a family, as it has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge. The outside is as equally roomy with three sundecks (including a balcony) and a family size private swimming pool, perfect to cool down in under the Spanish sun. The balcony and poolside offer a stunning 180 degree view of the mountains, med, orange groves and paddy fields. It is an unspoiled view with the added bonus of a spectacular sunset over the mountains each night - you'll take a lot of photos! We would love to welcome you to one of the most peaceful villas with the best spot on secure, friendly Monte Pego. As you arrive at MP you will see the conveniences to make your holiday easy - ATM's, bar, restaurant, internet access.

In the mature Monte Pego luxury development, on the northern part of the Costa Blanca, close to Denia, Javea, Pego, Oliva and Gandia. The ancient city of Valencia is an hour drive away, with many historic sites within easy reach. Uncrowded beaches are 10 minutes drive away, with many superb beachside restaurants - ideal for lunch or dinner. For more exhausting beaches and theme parks, Benidorm is a 40 minute drive to the south. All around the area are many restaurants, catering for all tastes and pockets. There is also a new Shopping centre (Centro Comercial La Marina) near the motorway access at Ondara, with many International and local shops, plus cinema and bowling alley. The mountainous areas inland provide some outstanding drives to enchanting Spanish villages that seem unchanged for centuries. Monte Pego has two banks, bars and restaurants, internet access and tennis facilities. During the summer there are weekly barbecues with a band and dancing.

  • Rental price includes: exclusive use of the villa, pool, terraces & garden by the named persons on the booking form from arrival afternoon to departure morning, pool cleaning service, all utilities, clean sheets each week & towels, beach towels, hair drier. Call out service in case of any problems. Initial shopping service (shopping charged locally).
    Rental price does not include: flights, car hire, airport transfers, guests personal contents & health insurance.
    Booking process: the availability chart is always kept updated & changeover day is Saturday, Please email for details Nov-Mar. Refundable 200 GBP good housekeeping bond due before arrival.
  • Booking & payment process: Payment in Pounds or Euros welcome to owners UK bank by electronic transfer or posted paying in slip. Booking deposit of 200 GBP per week required and the balance is due 10 weeks before holiday. To book just email your home address, names of party, home phone number & flight details.
  • Shopping service: Email your shopping list at least 7 days before arrival & your holiday can start on arrival at the villa. Supermarkets close at 9pm Saturday & reopen 9am Monday. Payment at receipt cost in Euros or Pounds. Local supermarkets stock Spanish and English brands. Denia has 10+ supermarkets, 4 health food shops, daily indoor fruit & veg market, butchers & daily fish market.

Notes: Air conditioning in lounge only Because of the mountainside position of the villa there are quite a few steps to access the villa down from the car parking area, but there are railings for the full length of the steps. The pool is completely private with many pool toys and inflatable toys. In June 2009 we have improved the television with a 26' flat screen wall mounted TV, and have added wireless WiFi availability.

Casa Corona is a wonderful detached Spanish family villa with room for two families or one large one. Private kidney shaped pool, large sunbathing areas and superb views towards the sea, mountains, orange groves and rice paddy fields. Five bedrooms - One double, one twin and one single on upper (ground) floor and two twins on lower floor with external access. Air conditioned lounge with well equipped kitchen. Three bathrooms - One with bath and one with shower on upper (ground) floor and one with shower on lower floor. External shower. Car parking area with extensive terraced gardens. External dining area with great views. Every night the sunset is different and totally spell binding! The villa has television, (limited satellite and Spanish) DVD player (multi region), CD tape player and radio. Internal dining area, gas/electric cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave combo. A very restful and relaxing family villa.

We had a marvellous holiday at Casa Corona. The villa is large, well maintained and very clean. For those who need to keep in touch, it even has broadband internet connection. The views from the terraces are magnificent and sitting in the evening, enjoying a drink, watching the sunset is a perfect way to unwind. We had glorious weather so the pool was a real bonus but there are fantastic, sandy beaches very close to the villa. The villa's owners had recommended some excellent local restaurants so we enjoyed good, reasonably priced meals. We shall definitely be rebooking and the sooner the better for me!
