This fantastic Florida holiday home is located at the Lakeside Golf & Country club in Inverness in Citrus County, which is a very beautiful and green part of Florida by the Gulf of Mexico. This area is also known as 'Nature Coast' due to the vast amount of waterways, wildlife and lush vegetation. The possibilities for water recreation are vast including boat rental, river tours, diving, fishing, canoeing and airboat rides. This vacation villa is very close to golf including a golf course on-site, shops, Inverness Old Town, bars, Homosassa wildlife park, bank, post office, supermarket and restaurants. In fact, the community where this fabulous Florida vacation home is situated has an on-site restaurant and bar. There is a 47 mile long biking trail. This vacation rental is also driving distance from beach and shopping mall in Ocala and Silver Springs. In case you would like to visit Disney parks and other theme parks in Orlando, these can be reached in approximately one hour by car.

    Occupancy: Maximum capacity for this 4 bedroom home is 8 people. Guests are allowed, however, if the number of overnight guests exceeds the maximum capacity of the home, the Tenant will be asked to vacate the premises and the deposit will be forfeited.

    The Owner/Landlord will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the Tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
