Best location in Cathedral Canyon Country Club! Stunning view of Mt. San Jacinto viewed through three 8' windows with top down/bottom up shades for views with privacy. Also has an interior solar shade. Your inside / outside views from everywhere are unspoiled and as private as you want them to be. Located between men's and women's tee boxes on 9th hole of Mountain Course. Watch the golfers to the right and left but not in front.

Condo faces east and west for spectacular sunsets over the mountain range. In the winter months the sun sets behind the trees in front of the condo so no direct sun to deal with.

Dine outdoors to enjoy the golf / mountain views or enjoy private dining in the large entry courtyard while enjoying the beautiful fountain where the barbecue is also located. Three patios to enjoy as you like.

Entire 1,550 sq. ft. condo was remodeled in 2010, 18' porcelain tile floors, new kitchen cabinets with granite and stunning tile backsplash, new beige carpet in bedrooms. Everything totally upgraded and turnkey furnished for you to move right in to start enjoying golfcourse living.

Living Room: Double leather Power Motion Reclining Couch, leather Lazy Boy Recliner, two swivel chairs to enjoy the golfers.

Large area rug and gas log fireplace. 46' LCD TV in Living Room. Gorgeous wet bar.

Dining Room: Seats six with views of the mountains to the west.

Kitchen: Eat-in breakfast area with views onto courtyard. Barbecue conveniently located right out the kitchen door for easy meal prep.

Master Suite: Luxurious CA King Sleep Number bed. Large slider door to leave open at night and listen to nature. The en suite bathroom/dressing room provides generous closet space, vanity with double sinks, walk in frameless shower under the skylight above. Large dresser + end tables for ample storage.

Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, large closet and dresser and views of the courtyard and fountain.

Bathroom #2: Large vanity and a soaking tub under the light of another skylight above.

Condo is in the only gated area that has a guard on duty 7AM-7PM offering added security. There is a pool and spa just steps across the street. This is a detached unit from the one next door.

This is in an ideal location, centrally located between Palm Desert and downtown Palm Springs. Perfect for golfing, hiking, sunning, shopping and too many fine restaurants to count.

WiFi included. Upgraded Cable TV with DVR, Movie channels included.

Absolutely spotless and is not your typical rental. This is our second home and is furnished comfortably. Beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. You won't be disappointed.

About The Owner

My husband and me bought this as a second/vacation home in 2009. We enjoy it year 'round (an acquired taste for the hot summers). We golf very early in the mornings during the summer. We both grew up about two hours from Palm Springs and purchased a partial ownership in another condo about three years prior to deciding we needed our own place. We're self employed and have a flexible enough schedule that we didn't want to worry about having just seven weeks/year based upon scheduling.

Why The Owner chose Cathedral City

We have toured many other rental properties in the Palm Springs area and most are very nice but definitely set up primarily as a rental. Ours is our second home and we had no intentions of ever renting it so we furnished and decorated it for ourselves. Life changed and we decided the prudent thing to do would be renting it during 'the season' and using it the remainder of the year ourselves. It truly is a beautiful property.

What makes this condo unique

When looking for a condo to purchase our very first priority is that it had to have a view. Mission accomplished.

We have no complaints. NOT ONE. It was as advertised. Clean, well cared for, well equipped. Beautiful view of the mountains every morning as we enjoyed our tea and coffee! Quiet, safe, lovely neighbours. Would we return? In a moment!!!!

bonne situation avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes- Resort très bien entretenu, avec beaucoup d'arbres fruitiers (pomelos, orange,citron) - voisinage très charmant - Logement très spacieux, bien équipé et fonctionnel.

Situé sur un golf devant le départ du trou 9 - beaucoup d'autres golfs à proximité.

Commerces et restaurants également à proximité.

Nous n'avons pas vu passer le temps (1mois)
