The dining area has seating for 6. The livingroom has a sofa and chair, flat screen wall-mounted tv, and a murphy bed with a regular full size mattress for 2 more guests.
The screened balcony has a lounge chair and a table with 4 chairs to relax, read, and enjoy meals with pleasant water and sunset views.
You'll enjoy the private bay beach that is just steps away; fantastic for sunning, viewing boats, birds, and the occasional dolphin and manatee by day and beautiful sunsets every evening. There are tiki tables and benches for relaxing, snacking and sunset viewing too. There is a pool and jacuzzi on the beach, as well as a small golf putting green. Another pool, and tennis and racquetball courts are on the opposite side of the property. The pools are heated in the winter.
Parking is right in front of the building in this 12 acre gated community. It's a convenient location (8 minute drive) to the gulf beaches of St Pete Beach, Pass-a-grille Beach, and Fort Desoto. It's about 15 minutes from downtown activities such as the Dali and Fine Art museums, Chihuly Glass, shops, restaurants, Rays baseball games, Friday night live music, Saturday morning markets; Gulfport antique, art, cafes and beach; and Sunken Gardens are just a few of the abundant activities to be found in the St Petersburg area.
