The cottage originally was very compact and located 30 feet from the water, because it was only seasonal and we planned to live in Maine when we retired we had the cottage moved to it's present location, expanding the kitchen into a country kitchen and added the 3rd bedroom. We made room for our retirement home.
In the early morning and at dusk you just might catch glimpse of the bald eagles or osprey as the dive for fish to feed their young. Most nights you can hear the loons sing to one another.
