Our Favorite Find

Loon Dance Cottage is our favorite find. It certainly made drop off and pick up for our camper a vacation for us, instead of the usual chore. Although Bridgton is a darling town, we found accomadations less than enjoyable until staying at this spot right on the lake. We love the camp experience Winona offers our son and wanted to share season opening and closing ceremonies with him. We reveled in the idyllic spot on this quiet shore of the lake so close to camp. We could walk through the woods right into camp and enjoy Sunday service, or an afternoon activity, or simply put our feet up in the hammock and while away the afternoon watching sailboats out on the lake. On a rainy day we took an easy drive over to North Conway lunching in the old Inn there and then taking advantage of the outlet shopping. We took advantage of the huge farmstand on the way home to pick up local produce and homemade blueberry pie, ending the day cooking up a summer meal while the sun set from our own private view of the lake...great stuff!
