Fascinating house set in a splendid panoramic position near Sorrento. The house is spread out onto 3 levels. On the highest level is the owner's apartment (45 m2) consisting of a living/dining room with double divan bed and access to the equipped terrace, kitchenette (microwave oven, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. This apartment can be booked on request and only together with the COLOMBA accommodation. The various levels are connected to one another by a lift and are all equipped with outdoor areas and equipped panoramic terraces. Air conditioning in the entire house except for the 120-m2 apartment on the upper level. Access to the sea approx. 300 m. In the garden on the lower level 1 external bathroom with shower and a washing machine (can be used by the guests of the apartments on the lower level). Comfortable and complete furniture. DISTANCES: 10 km Sorrento. Just 800 m from a food shop with delivery service. 2 km Massa Lubrese, 60 km Naples.
