Park your car in the garage and leave it! Walk out the front door to the beautiful Moonlight beach just steps away (300), and walk out the back gate to the charming downtown Encinitas where you will find amazing restaurants, shops, nightlife, a movie theatre, and even a Whole Foods grocery store as well as many other amenities. Take the Coaster (train) from downtown Encinitas to nearby beach towns and San Diego. Del Mar racetrack is only 6 minutes away and accessable via Coaster and shuttle. Legoland is 10 minutes away, San Deigo zoo, Wildlife Park, Maritime Museum and Sea World are all nearby.

Not only will you love the location but once inside you will be delighted with the newly updated loft-style townhouse with a 37x13 greatroom equipped with new furniture including a sofa sleeper, 47' tv, blue ray dvd player, surround sound, auto reclining loveseat and chair, electric fireplace, new hardwood floors and more! The kitchen is also newly remodeled with granite countertops, stainless appliances (gas stove), etc.

Our fanily had a great time at this great location in Encinitas. The owner graciously offered to cover any expenses for extra cookware needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. Two blocks from the ocean, two blocks from the fun shops and restaurants in town. We hope to return.

I almost don't want to write a review because I want to keep this place a secret so it will be available for our return. Susan has a beautiful townhouse that is in the perfect location in Encinitas if you want to be able to walk to the beach by day and walk to dinner in the evening. We could not have been more pleased with the property or Susan's attention to detail. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. There are these push-button recliners that will spoil you for your couch at home. You have to expect city noise and light with this central location, but it is nothing that should keep you up at night. Every evening (and a few breakfasts) we found a new place to eat and they were all excellent. Whole Foods is just a few blocks away. We went several days without even getting in our car which is perfect on a vacation. If you stay here, you won't be disappointed.

This place was wonderful! It had everything that we needed, especially the location! Having parking spaces was a huge plus. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-appointed with EVERYTHING you would need on vacation, and it all was in good condition. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. Being 2 blocks from the ocean was a huge plus for our family. Thanks again!

Park in the garage and walk everywhere: the beach, shops, cafes. Two blocks west and down the D-Street steps to the beach. Two blocks east to Whole Foods, restaurants, shopping. Very convenient location! The remodeled great room has comfortable automatic recliners, and a nice flat-screen w/Cable and DVD player. The internet connection is reliable and fast. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and very functional. The unit has an upstairs deck w/BBQ grill and a downstairs patio with an outdoor shower for after the beach, very nice! Our family absolutely loved this unit and especially the convenient location. The owner is very kind, accommodating and available for questions and information. 5 stars, can't wait to go back!
