2 Self catering holiday cottages with the most spectacular views in a mountain location near Iznajar.We have a large 12 meter pool looking across the views.. Each of our cottages a private terrace with BBQ, two bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, kitchen and lounge, both are purpose furnished, El Granero,is traditional Spanish and La Casita, is Moroccan influenced. Both have UK TV .Iznajar is central Andalucia and ideal to explore Seville Cordoba Granada and Malaga.

El Granero has given 5 years of comfortable holidays to our guests. It is in traditional style with beams and character. You enter the lounge which offers comfortable living, the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is off the lounge as is the kitchen. Downstairs is a further twin room with en-suite. Outside you have a private patio area with BBQ and seating.

Beautiful self catering place to stay in Iznajar central Andalucia, in the Subetica national park on the edge of Cordoba. Granadam, Malaga and Seville are all Witt a days visit. Walking, bird watching, fishing, tennis, horse riding all local. Mountain retreat private and peaceful just above the village, group bookings.

If a family book first, there is of course the choice for the second booking. So please ask.
    Although we welcome children and the disabled, we feel that we should point out that due to the location of the cottages, there are many steps and steep drops. We wish to keep the area as natural as possible and therefore, there is no fencing. Children could be subject to danger should they stray from designated areas.

The Perfect Retreat

This beautiful cottage, with the best pool in Spain, is our favourite place in the world. Once you have stayed here you will go back again and again. This is a truly idyllic place where, much of the time, the only sounds are the birds singing and the quiet day to day of country life - it is the perfect get away. Having said that, towns and cities are within easy driving distance and there are some fantastic restaurants in the area.

Andy and Karen's hospitality is second to none and you will always be assured of a truly warm welcome. Whenever we return to Encima Del Mundo we feel like we're going home and when Andy and Karen come out to greet us, it really is a home-coming welcome.

We would highly recommend this destination for your holiday - it will be the best decision you ever make.

would just love to say thanks to both karen and Andy for the amazing break with them. i will definately be going back time and again it is such a beautiful setting and just can not wait to go back.

The bbq was great wish i could have stayed for longer if not forever will recommend to everyone i know to book up and go.

Fantastic place.

It was a dream holiday, so relaxing could have stayed forever. The accomodation was lovely, very clean and comfortable.
The owners Karen and Andy are so hospitable and nothing is to much bother for them, it was like being with family.
The swimming pool is so great and the views from it are second to none it was hard to drag yourself away from it to discover the area.
It is a very beautiful area with some great eating places and the people are very friendly. Looking forward to a return visit it was just so relaxing came back feeling so rested.
