Photos and Description of the Playa Paraiso vacation villa rental Sunny with sea view villa in Paraiso Tenerife amenities nearby but restful.

Villa is situated in Paraiso near to the coast. 3 Double bedrooms 2 with en suite and each room in the Villa has access to a sun terrace. Downstairs bedroom has its own shower room with WC & WHB nearby. Fully fitted Kitchen with all appliances. The Villa boasts a TV system giving all UK channels. Villa has sunny outlook and overlooks sea to both front and rear with small garden to front. Villa is within the Costa Adeje area and while the location is peaceful has all the services within a small walk. Nearest supermarket is 300m up from Villa and nearest bar and restaurant is 200m down towards the sea. There is a small sandy beach within 100m of the villa and the pool terrace overlooks this and the sea while the pool is a suntrap as are all the other terraces within the villa. Locally there is a diving school and fishing,golf and other sports are nearby while the bus service from the road immediately outside the Villa will take you to Las Americas and other resorts in about 15 min.

Playa Paraiso is ideally located for all the attractions on the island. close at hand within Paraiso itself is the Lago Lido which is a large open air swimming pool. Further down the coast there are the towns of los Gigantes, san Juan and Santiago all within about a twenty minute drive and boast all the amenities you would anticipate from a sea side town. Towards Las Americas which is about a 15 minute drive the port at Puerto colon has all the water sports such as paragliding,jet ski, and diving while you can also dive and fish within the town of paraiso itself. Major attractions such as the brand new Siam park and Loro Park are easily accessed from the villa too. a 10 minute drive towards Fanabe arrives you at Gran sur a new shopping and eating complex complete with multi cinemas. Within Paraiso there are a selection of bars restaurants and shops while the town of Adeje itself higher up over the Motorway (TF1) has all the feel and atmosphere of a canarian town. something for all.

Totally Relaxing Get Away

The details in the description and the photographs are accurate. The property is spotless, and well maintained. The customer service is excellent, the friendly owner could not have been more helpful - and his directions to the villa were so easy to follow we found it without so much as a cross word!

The main plus points for us were the total privacy and the facilities in the villa which feels like ''home from home'. All the local restaurants that we tried were excellent - beautifully cooked fresh seafood being our favourite.

If only someone would open a wee shop within e a s y strolling distance for morning rolls . . . . although there is a nice supermarket just up the road.

Not only would I recommend the property to a friend I booked it for the same time next year the day after we got home!
Owner's Response: Although we have never actually met this reviewer we do come from the same part of UK.

The comment about Morning rolls is the only small negative (if you could call it that) however the supermarket in question "Dia" which is about 300m up the hill from the Villa actually has an in house bakery. It has been rebooked for Feb 2010 by the same people so we thank them for this and the review we hope it is of use to others

A lovely week

It's hard to decide what the nicest way to end your day is here - lying by the lovely pool, catching the last of the sun - or wandering 200m down the hill to the bar overlooking the sea, waiting for the sunset and spotting the dolphins.

We did both.

The villa itself is large, clean, comfortable, cool and with plenty of privacy;

Playa Paraiso has all that you need - a selection of nice restaurants, a supermarket up the hill and another 500 metres away on the main strip - great steak, good Italian and also nice fish.

At the moment, April 2009, it is very quiet!

We had a lovely week and plan to go back

Casa Ecosse - An Ideal Holiday

We would recommend this villa to anyone. It is ideally situated in a quiet residential spot, but is only 5 minutes walk to Playa Paraiso with good pubs and restaurants, and only 10 minutes drive to Playa de las Americas, Siam Park (not to be missed!), Aqualand etc., so you really can have the holiday to suit yourself. The house itself is superb, with all the space you need and great facilities. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Also, the patio/pool area is lovely and spacious with excellent sea views.We were here in early January and the weather was brilliant - also more than plenty pubs/restaurants open. There is also a good supermarket 5 minutes up the road. We have already booked the villa again and can't wait to go back! Neil & Trisha.
Owner's Response: Its rewarding to know that people enjoyed our house as much as we do.This review says basically what we feel about the property i.e it is nice and peaceful if you wish but plenty amenities close at hand and nothing is very far away. Obviously the weather is out of our control but rarely have we had bad weather and then usually merely for a day. The area of Paraiso/Calao salvaje have been described as having a micro climate within the island and generally longer hours of sunshine than most other areas. We would concur with the review and the fact they have already re booked tells its own story.
