Beautiful stone-built farmhouse (140 m2) which has been completely restored and transformed into a charming villa situated in a panoramic position on a hill above Sorrento. Extensive panoramic views over the sea of the bay of Naples, Sorrento, the islands of Ischia and Procida, over Vesuvius and its surrounding towns. Peaceful position. The villa has a spacious panoramic terrace (approx. 120 m2) which is equipped for outdoor dining with barbecue and oven. The house is surrounded on three sides by approx. 1.400 m2 of grounds with olive groves. To one side of the house is another detached villa which however shares the same car entrance. On request it is possible to rent parking spaces in a garage in the city centre (200 m from the Circumvesuviana railway station). Parking. LOCATION: 3 km the town centre of Sorrento (various shops, bathing establishments with cliffs, man-made platforms, small beaches), 14 km Massa Lubrense, 20 km Positano.
