Hali’i Kai oceanfront homes are located on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island, approximately 18 miles from the Keahole Kona International Airport. Birthplace of the great King Kamehameha I, tales of the favored status of this stretch of the island are legend. Blessed with a scant ten inches of rainfall annually, most days here are sun drenched and cooled by the breezes of Anaehoomalu Bay. Imagine gazing across the beautiful Pacific and spending your day watching whales as they frolic in our Hawaiian waters.

This is a five star location and seeing is believing. I knew the second I drove into the complex that I would not want to leave

What makes this condo unique

Oceanfront pool and restaurant are a big treat. Exercising is never fun but at Halii Kai you can exercise and enjoy watching the whales arcing directly in front of you. Almost takes the pain away! The property is miticulously kept and the people are very friendly. The weather is nice all year round.

Hali'i Kai is our all time favorite condo complex for vacationing and 12A is amazing! Peggy has supplied everything AND more that you will need for a relaxing, fun-filled stay. The location of this unit cannot be beat. Beautiful ocean, mountain and golf course views. There will be no disappoinment with this choice property!

Beautiful, spacious, ocean views, comfortable, quiet, clean, new, amazing location, well equipped, maintained and managed...this condo at Hali'i Kai is all of these and much more. I recently had the pleasure of spending a week here with my partner and parents. The owner has several vacation condos and her experience is apparent. She is super customer service oriented, responsive, and has thought of every detail to make the condo your home away from home on vacation. We had an incredible experience and look forward to our next stay at this amazing condo.

Great visit on the Big Island

This is the most comfortable condo that we have rented in Hawaii. Completely furnished with everything one would need during a stay in Hawaii. Steps away from pool, bar and restaurant area, but no sounds to bother us. The owners were a delight to work with, available at any time. The views from the the second floor lanai were delightful, golf course, ocean and setting sun. We would go back in a minute.

A vacation rental that feels like you are at home

This home is everything and more that was promised by the owner. The home, a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, is within a gated community and is big enough that you don't feel you are "tripping" over each other. The view from the lanai overlooking the ocean and golf coarse is spectacular. Sunsets were beautiful. The pool, exercise facility, and snack bar are just a few hundred yards from the condo. Parking is right in front of the unit. The owner also has a car available for rent which was parked at the airport upon our arrival. No hassles with a car rental agency. Making the reservations with the owner was easy and simple and Peggy was always available and quick to answer any questions we had by email or telephone. Nothing was forgotton or overlooked when it came to meeting our expectations. Peggy made it easy to be here. No one should pass up staying here.
