An 80 foot walk-around deck offers panoramic views of the ocean and will lead you directly to the beach! There is not a more perfect place in the Amelia Beach area for sunbathing and cook outs. Since the home is directly on the sand and has 90 feet of beach, there are ocean views from every room!

House is maintained by professional staff and property manager so rest assured when you arrive everything will be 100% ready and waiting for you.

Home is fully equipped with all kitchen/cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, mugs, etc.

We provide all towels,wash clothes, sheets, linens, pillows, beach chairs, umbrellas.

This was a great place to stay for our extended family as there was plenty of room for all of us! So nice to go to sleep hearing the ocean roar! Loved Fernandina Beach and the restaurants there, particularly Kelley's Garden Cafe and the Chocolate Shop! Would love to come back!

Immaculately Clean and Great for Families

I visited with my family- three generations- of six adults and three children. The house was very comfortable for a our group with two king suites and two other well appointed bedrooms. The house is not designer decorated, but is very clean and has everything you need in a rental, which makes it perfect for a family with young kids. We cooked several meals there and had all we needed. The view is incredible and beach is right there. There is a nice park with a playground within a mile and walkable along the beach. A few restaurants and shops are easily walkable and most other attractions are only a few minutes by car.
The owner's instructions were simple and easy to follow making check in and check out very convenient. We will absolutely look to rent this house again if returning to Amelia Island.

A Beautiful Home Away From Home

This was the best vacation ever for us. It was myself and my two daughters. The house was beautiful and the view from the deck is amazing! Then you just walk down a few steps and there is the beach. It is like your own little slice of heaven while you are there. Everything is there for you, down to the smallest thing you can think of. Jay has thought of it as well. He is a great guy to work with. I will be back as soon as I can. I love Amelia Island. I am even considering moving there in the near future.

Perfect for us!

Found the house easy enough, and its was perfect for us. There were five in our party so we had way more than enough room. Two fourteen year old boys enjoyed the option of hooking up their xbox to the wireless router and we hardly saw them after that. my husband and I also brought his 83 year old mother who
loved to sit on the big deck and watch the boys play in the ocean or just relax and read out there. The house had everything we needed, we grilled alot walked on the beach twice every day. We will be back!

Wonderful view!

What a beautiful view. It was like having our own private beach. Four beds and four baths was helpful for all of us. The deck outside provided space for all of us to eat and the breeze from the ocean was perfect.There was a high chair and pack n play provided for a little one. We had a great time!
