CLEARWATER BEACH LUXURY CONDO

The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds very confortable and the washer and dryer a God send!! We enjoyed staying there very much. The location was perfect for walking anywhere on the island. The parking was somewhat challenging as i was driving an SUV and the spot under the bldg. Very narrow. There were a few items missing upon inventory when we arrived which i notified the owner about. The views were perfect from the outdoor patio and i would not hesitate to stay there again. The pool is shaded every afternoon so we used the pool in the morning and went to the beach in the afternoon. The hot tub was a favorite as the weather was very cool at the start of the week. The cleaning woman was argumentative and walked into the unit one hour before she was due as per the lease as i was showering and preparing to leave. Hmmm....

My husband and I stayed two wonderful weeks in October. The water was still warm, the sunshine plentiful, and evenings on the balcony watching the sunset were marvelous! Everything about this condo is top notch: the furnishings, the decorating details, the huge room size, the comfy couch and dining area, the cleanliness, the paint colors, the location--EVERYTHING! We were just 2 short blocks from the beach, and several restaurants are within walking distance. We enjoyed happy hour drinks and live music at Shepherds' outdoor bar, just 3 blocks away. Fishing from the pier located just down the beach was wonderful, and my husband even caught fish from the dock in the pool area. The heated pool and hot tub are well kept, but the water could have been a tad warmer.
There are chairs for you to take to the beach, even an umbrella! Floats for the pool are in the storage unit, as well.
All the towels you can possibly need are furnished, even beach towels. And don't over pack. The laundry room is great--nice washer and dryer and plenty of storage and folding room. And the kitchen--I'd love to take it home with me.
Several nice restaurants are located in Clearwater Beach itself, Lobster Pot and Jimmy Iguana's for example.You can also take a drive south towards St. Petersburg and find many restaurants along the way, some on the beach.
We had a wonderful vacation here, and will definitely return in the future: the sooner the better. I highly recommend this spot!!
(With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths the unit can sleep 8, so plenty of space for a family).

I agree with the other reviews. The condo was Beautiful!!! We had the best time. It was our 1st family vacation together and it was wonderful. It was a little peace of heaven!!!!!!! The beach was just breathtaking. We enjoyed every place we visited. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Every morning we had breakfast on the balcony. The view was just amazing!!!!! If you go to Clearwater, this is the place to stay. I know my family can't wait to go back. Thanks to you all for the 1st class treatment!!!!
