At an integral part of the Hyatt Regency Resort lay The Lake Villas. This stunning Villa has two large spacious terraces, both facing the sea, with views of the Gulf of Aqaba and Tiran Island. The Villa bares the pleasure of privacy and private beach access with the advantages of a deluxe hotel to hand and a Club House capturing the essence and the spirit of the region. The Villa is grand and spacious with a swimming pool and beautiful gardens and consists of a ground floor, first floor and basement floor for leisure activities. The basement floor consists of an Entertainments room (with billiards table), one bedroom and a separate bathroom. The ground floor area is 330 sqm (3553 sqft), consisting of a lobby, living room, dining area, large Kitchen, lounge and study, guest bathroom, guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a marble staircase leading to the first floor. The first floor area is 350 square metres and consists of 5 Bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, including a studio.
