The villa has a fully equipped and spacious lounge: open kitchen where enjoying the views while cooking, dining and living room with direct access to the furnished terrace. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 in comfort and up to 9 (sofa double bed) and 4 bathrooms.

The villa has a private garden and swimming pool with sunshine all the day with different areas to relax such as the fantastic Balinese bed or the chillout which will be your favorite spots to spend the day resting, reading a book or simply sunbathing and a furnished terrace with BBQ for al fresco dining or start the day with a delicious breakfast thanks to its superb location in the warm South of Gran Canaria.

Playa Amadores is neatly situated between Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan and has the most idyllic and best beach on the island as well as watersports and fishing facilities.

Tauro Golf course is only 10 minutes by car and within 5 kms there are 3 more golf courses, namely Salobre Golf, Meloneras Golf and Maspalomas Golf.

Arguineguin fishing village and market is 5 km away and Mogán, which is known to many as “Little Venice” with its fantastic Marina can be a great day out and is but a short drive or water taxi ride away.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Rates are inclusive of water and electricity. The end of stay clean is also included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with an additional set. Washing products for the dishwasher and washing machine are provided.

    Standard rental rates given are up to and including 4 people. Up to 8 can be accommodated with a supplement of €20 per adult/per day, 15€ per child(2-17)/per day, infant (0-2 years) free.

    For time periods greater than 7 days, there is an extra cleaning charge of 50€.

    Internet access: 5 €/day, 15 €/week, 25 €/2 weeks. Pay per use so don't need to be paid in advance.

    30% of the rental is required at the time of booking with the balance being paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival

    On arrival a fully refundable cash security deposit of €300 will be required to cover possible damages and breakages. The deposit will be fully refunded when you leave the villa, subject to inspection.
  • We can also recommend transfers, taxis, car rental.

Exceeded all our expectations

I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Everything was as advertised, only better! Space, comfort, privacy, views, this house has it all. We hired a car at the airport, parked it on the property on the first day and never moved it again until the day we left. Our only regret was that we weren't staying longer. Jose Maria, who met us on the first day and again on the last is a gentleman. We definitely hope to return next year. 10/10

A lovely relaxing holiday

We have just returned from a fantastic 12 night stay at this lovely villa. Looking back over the other reviews on this site, all we can say is that we're wholeheartedly in agreement with the views already expressed. In particular we were pleased that the pool area and comfortable gazebo was bathed in sunshine all day long, but with the benefit of a welcome breeze to take off the intensity of the heat and some shady areas to take refuge in. All in all, this made us very lazy and we didn't venture out very often, despite having hired a car and the beach only being a couple of minutes drive down the hill! We very much appreciated the owner's helpfulness, prompt attention and flexibility (eg we stayed until 4pm on the day of departure due to the late flight home) which gave our holiday that certain added extra, and one which we'd be more than happy to recommend.

We came from Ireland for 10 days and had the best holiday ever. Very relaxing, the villa is beautiful - so clean and sparkling. Its VERY close to the local bars and restaurants and the views are amazing.

Another Wonderful Stay!

We're just back from another wonderful week at Liliana's beautiful villa - we just can't get enough of this place! Like I said previously, if you're looking to stay in Puerto Rico, you can't beat Liliana's villa - luxury accommodation with the best views on the Island! We've booked again for March 2012 and are already counting down the days! I'm almost reluctant to write this as I want to keep it my little secret, but it's only fair to share.
