Fantastic semi-detached villa situated in an enviable position over Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. Wonderful views over Amadores beach. Top quality, decorated with a contemporary style. Marble floors throughout this modern villa, double glazing and balconies from most bedrooms. Fully equiped and spacious lounge. There are 3 Bedrooms sleeping 7 in comfort, the master bedroom has a private balcony with sea view and an ensuite bathroom. There is a bathroom in each floor, 3 in total. It has a private garden with a swimming pool and a terrace with dining furniture for al fresco dining on the warm south of Gran Canaria.

With year-round sunshine Gran Canaria is a popular sun destination. Puerto Rico is the most funny area of Gran Canaria with a number of beach bars and stay-late restaurants as well as a buzzing commercial centre that is ideal for tax-free shopping. Playa Amadores is neatly situated between Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan and has the most idyllic beach on the island as well as watersports and fishing facilities. Tauro Golf court is only 10 minutes by car and within 15 kms there are 3 more golf courts: Salobre Golf, Meloneras Golf and Maspalomas Golf. Arguineguin fishing village and market is 5 km away and Mogán with its fantastic marina can be a great day out.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are inclusive of water and electricity. The end clean is also included. Linen and towels are provided as well as 1 change clothes and also washing powder for dish and laundry.
    Prices given are up to and including 5 people. Up to 7 can be accomodated with a suplement of €50 per person/per week.
    €250 are required at the time of booking with the balance being paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
    On arrival a fully refundable cash security deposit of €200 will be required to cover damages and breakages. The refund will be made in cash before you leave Gran Canaria.
  • * We can also arrange transfers for you from airport to the villa and from the villa to airport or if preferred we can rent a car, both options with an extra charge.

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and well equipped villa, situated at a high position above Puerto Rico and Amadores. The pool is not large but great for a dip. We spent some superb evenings BBQing and relaxing on the patio. We were well looked after (the pool and garden were cleaned and laundry collected during our stay), and managed to communicate with Liliana through esperanto! Taxis and buses are cheap so car hire is only needed if you want to tour the island. Aqualand (Maspalomas) Water Park is good fun but very expensive to enter and when you're inside! We also took the ferry to Puerto Mogan which has some nice harbour restaurants and worth a visit. The walk to Amadores beach from the villa (all downhill) took under 1/2 hour, and there's a very well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket 5-10 mins walk from the villa among the local bars and restaurants. We only ate in the immediate area a couple of times but the "Steak House" food is excellent. There are many more restaurants and bars in Puerto Rico who are all very much trying to persuade you to enter!!

This is a lovely, comfortable and convenient condo. The ocean view from the terrace and bedroom balconies is spectacular. A big grocery store is near by and the restaurant 'Picasso' has good food even if the waiters are rude. Taxi's are cheap and a car is not a necessity. The owner is friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to go back again.
