Make yourself at home in our lovely 3 bedroom spacious modern villa. The Limes has 1 large king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 large queen size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one large twin bedroom. There is also one main bathroom. Also included are 2 foldaway beds for larger families. Safety deposit box included. A spaciously open planned living area is tastefully decorated along with TV with cable, DVD multi regional player and a stereo system with radio/ CD player. There is a large dining table with seating for 6 persons. A good sized kitchen with all mod-cons for a comfortable vacation. Facilities include washer/ dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, large stove/oven, toaster & Kettle, telephone, central air conditioning with ceiling fans throughout. Outside has a very large sundeck with a 10ft. x 20ft. swimming pool surrounded by lush lime and banana trees. 4 sunloungers and your own BBQ and outside dining table and seats for 8 people with views over the nature reserve.

The Limes is located on a 1/4 acre plot on the Harbour View development and is adjacent to the Jolly Harbour resort which boasts the biggest Marina in the Caribbean and a fine 18 hole golf course.This great choice for a holiday rental within a 5 minute walk to the commercial centre where there is an abundance of shops including large supermarket, bank, pharmacy and a selection of bars and restaurants and the Grand Princess Casino. From here you are only a short stroll to the sports centre which offers a 25m swimming pool, tennis, squash and basketball courts. Then a further 2 minute walk to the fabulous south beach complete with its very own beach bar, diving centre and choice of water sports.

Wonderful holiday destination

We stayed in this villa last year and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Antigua. The villa is spacious and clean, with a beautiful patio and pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a dip when the sunbathing gets too much!! This villa is well placed in a quiet residential area, but close to amenities such as restaurants and shops and supermarket. You can walk to the Jolly Harbour beach or hire a car and see all the sights the island has to offer. We loved visiting Nelson's Dockyard and going to Shirley Heights on a Sunday evening for a real caribbean party with an amazing view over the bay as the sun goes down. The villa is well equipped, so ideal if you want a relaxing day and a BBQ in the evening. Lots of information available on the trips you can do, the boat ride round the island was superb, and a wonderful opportunity to snorkell and swim in the warm sea. A perfect holiday destination and definitely recommended. Can't wait to stay here again.

Fabulous Caribbean Villa in Antigua

This is a fabulous villa, ideally located near all the amenities of Jolly Harbour and beach, yet very tranquil in lush gardens, full of limes (great in a gin or two whilst relaxing by the pool!). The villa is clean and very spacious and has everything needed to make for a perfect holiday home from home. We very much enjoyed having regular BBQ, and swimming beneath the stars is just magical. Recommend Pete's restuarant 5 minutes walk - best steak on the island. Had a fabulous holiday and would recommend villa to anyone. Ideal for families and couples of all ages. We hired a car to get around and explore the island which is great for finding some of the 365 beaches. Antigua is a very freindly island and driving is easy and laid back, and it's great fun buying fruit from the local stalls as you are passing. The local bus service is also great fun, bus stop about 500 yards from the Villa on the Main road. Fully Recommend the boat trip around the island. Can't wait to return and will be book this Villa.

The Limes.

We found this to be the ideal location for our family holiday.We have 3 sons who loved the pool,and Jolly beach.We would recommend the Jolly beach Divers;my husband and 2 older sons achieved their P.A.D.I. diver qualification.I used the supermarket nearby,so we could cook some Barbq meals,but the restaurents in Jolly Beach are very good.
We would relax next to the pool and look at the tropical flowers in the garden.
I would recommend you higher a car to explore this wonderful island.
The Limes is a relaxing,clean house with caribbean decor , plenty of bathrooms and t.v. for the children.
