Greetings! I am work and teach at a local college and have years of experience working in Industrial Psychology and HR in NYC and CT. I grew up in PAG (pass a grille) and love it so much that I had to move back to FL. I take pride in decorating and trying to make the house perfect for you. I have hand selected all the items in the house and hope you enjoy the tasteful decorating and smooth layout!

Lisa purchased this house in 1981

This area is paradise and it is wonderful to own a small part of an island!

Breakfast nooks. like the Seahorse Restaurant, are enticing and quaint and only blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, one of the smallest shopping streets in the US, and are made for strolling along. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential and very quiet beach. It is perfect for a life made for walking, rollerblading, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolly can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the Sea Spray, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Enjoy the local craftsman shop, Nancy Markoe Gallery, for local pottery or jewelry to take home. Above all enjoy the sunset and the sunrise as on a peninsula water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.

PERFECT ROMANTIC GETAWAY!!!!

  • 5 of 5
Incredible!! The house was cozy, clean and beautifully decorated! A short walk to the beach and some really nice shops and restaurants. Bikes were provided for a fun activity and a great way to explore the outer reaches of Pass-a-Grille. The owner is very responsive, helpful and great to work with. We will definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

  • 5 of 5
I can't really say enough about Lisa and her rentals! She seems to think of everything for you. From bikes, to outside seating and grills, to beach towels! She keeps her places clean and in great condition. This is the second time we have stayed at one of her rentals and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed each stay! We LOVE Pass-A-Grille and when we come back we will definitely be staying at one of Lisa's rentals!

BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN HOUSE!!! GREAT BEACH AND TOWN!!

  • 5 of 5
My finance and I loved this house!! Lisa was so easy to work with and the house was clean and perfect. All the extras she provides makes it feel like home and she makes you feel very welcome. During the week the town and beach is pretty quiet and relaxing. St Petersburg is not far and has wonderful shopping and museums etc. but honestly even just staying in Pass-a-Grille the whole time would be wonderful too!! I'm planning our trip for this summer already and may bring my sons with me this year they would love it too!! Thanks Lisa it was so relaxing and wonderful.

A GEM!

  • 5 of 5
Everything as advertised. Beautifully located, well appointed and very clean. Loved the extras that are not typically included like coffee, sugar etc. it was just an awesome place to stay and we will definitely be booking again. If you have never experienced Pass A Grille, you are in for a treat. If you want loud music and entertainment then this is not the place for you. If you want unspoilt beaches, no crowds and people that actually stop and chat to you and a place where time seems to have stood still then you will love it. We were 2 sisters so 2 female bikes would have been nice, but not a show stopper. Lisa is really easy to do business with and the couple that live permanently in one of the units are really nice and made us very welcome......we are just so jealous of them living in paradise.

A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE

  • 5 of 5
Although seasoned Florida travellers it's the first time my wife and I have stayed at Passe-a-grille. Could not have been better! Literally two minutes walk from the beach and a little more from the center of the majority of Pass-a-Grille's restaurants and night life.

The accommodation itself fits in perfectly with the area and in addition to the usual "mod cons" Lisa provided bikes and beach chairs and umbrella which were most appreciated. The place was as clean as could be and very comfortable. Our only regret is that we only booked three days, three weeks wouldn't have been enough

WISH WE COULD STAY FOREVER!

  • 5 of 5
Such a beautiful untouched area. This location is amazing. The unit itself is clean, tidy, good use of space. Very welcoming and relaxing. The bikes made it the perfect getaway. We did not need a car...mind you, the closest full grocery store is 2.5 miles away but, it's not a bad ride except for the crossover by the Don Cesar hotel. Then you find out how fast you can pedal! When you arrive, if you have been to many VRBO's, you may be used to a lot of basics on hand for cooking. This is a very clean unit but only stocked with salt/pepper and spray olive oil..and coffee. So, if you are arriving late, it may be wise to pack any small snacks or items you may want until you can get out to a grocery store or Shaner's market..which is great..a few blocks away.

Lisa is wonderful...and amazingly patient with every question. (Thank you Lisa!)
We would gladly stay here again and hope to next year.

Pass-a-Grille:
Restaurants in the area are wonderful.
We highly, highly recommend The Black Palm on 8th Ave. Wonderful brunch, Tapas (crab cakes and ceviche..delicious!), Dinner, and nice wine selection. Also, probably the best service we have received, anywhere.
The Hurricane for their Grouper (the tacos are huge!), shrimp po-boys.. and they do a good breakfast. Their service though, is easily stressed out. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the area but no food available there...just drinks.
The Paradise Grille for breakfast outside..snacks and lunch.umbrella tables recommended...seagull alert. And sunset at the Paradise Grille is a must. They ring the bell as the sun drops below the horizon and everyone celebrates a day well done.
Many people recommend the seahorse for breakfast...we must have hit it on an off day. Note, if you say you are using fresh mushrooms, don't leave the large cans of mushrooms out for customers to see. They are always busy so, we should have given them a second try.
There is a nice Italian restaurant on 8th, I wish I could remember the name but, the food is excellent.
What we loved about every place was that you could tell, these were family owned and there is a sense of pride in each location. Many of the owners are working on site, making sure all is going well.

The shops on 8th Avenue are beautiful and interesting. Apparel tends to be higher priced resort wear. As we were going back to winter weather, stuck with items as memories vs. wearables. Note, you won't find sundry items in town. Circle K on 20th.
