Bathroom 2 and three have shower unit, bidet ,wc. Ground floor shower room with wc, and bidet. Kitchen. Fully fitted kitchen with Mahogany Luxury cupboards. Marble work surfaces.Full kitchen utensils provided, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee making machine. Terracotta flooring. Character wooden beamed ceiling. Utility Room - On ground floor with easy access to the garden Washing machine, iron, ironing board, Linen basket. Living Rooms. On the Ground floor leading onto the terrace. Casa Etta is a Luxury five bedroomed Villa, sleeping 10 - 12.Just a three minute walk to the village centre with its panoramic restaurants and quaint coffee bars. Set in its own private gardens with a large swimming Pool, Casa Etta is a sheer delight to stay in.Sweeping views from the terrace and some of the bedrooms across to the Sibilin i Mountains. Parking is a one minute walk from the Villa. No need for a car in the evening as everything is walkable! Very unusual for a private villa ! Dine on the terrace or in the cool dining room. Our house is fully tiled throughout, with authentic wooden beams and has been fully and sympathetically renovated to a high standard .

This Luxury five bedroomed Italian Villa sits majestically overlooking the stunning scenery of the SibilinI Mountains, ideal for walking, hiking and climbing. Sant Angelo has some fine restaurants, coffee bars, a lovely Church, supermarkets and weekly fruit and fish markets ,as well as a bank and post office. This charming area is home to many small medieval hilltop villages with their authentic town squares , piazzas, museums and art galleries. A gastronomics delight and wonderful wine. Just a forty minute drive to the blue flag , sandy beaches of the Adriatic. Macerata is worth a visit hosting its Annual Opera Festival in August. Why not twin centre your holiday with Rome or Assisi.? There are several Gorges, Mountain walks and blankets of sunflowers.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For all bookings we require a 25 % deposit please. We also require a £350 security deposit, payable on your final balance date, which is 8 weeks prior to departure. This deposit will be returned on your return home

    The nearest Airport is Ancona approximately one hours drive, Rome is three and a half hours, the same as Bologna.

    Our villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and upon departure. There will be linen and extra towels at the Villa.
    Electricity and Water is all included.

Enjoy breakfast on our terrace, overlooking the stunning views of the Sibilini Mountains, Our well manicured garden has a couple of olive trees and Cypress trees and a disused ornamental well. Please enjoy our barbequeing facilities and outside dining around the large pool .Laze , relax and read a book on our Sunloungers . BEDROOMS Most of our very good sized, well furnished bedrooms have superb views, either Pool or mountain.Furnished to a high standard . SYMPATHETICALLY RESTORED Two years of restoration makes Casa Etta very Special to us. All the rooms have been sympathetically restored, only us English enjoy this labour of love ! We exposed the original beams and brick arches, kept the underground cave and installed the wonderful uniformed style pool (No deep end ) ideal for families. Brand new hand chosen furniture in different styles in all the rooms.

Weddings and Family Occassions: Wow ! What a stunning venue for your wedding in Italy .Private and Intimate. We have held many weddings at our villa, with clients arriving from Canada, The USA and Europe. Please call us for our wedding package details. The character town hall building, just a five minute walk from the villa marries our couples. We will help you with all the legal requirements and documentation to ensure your marriage is a dream !
