Welcome to the Tilt'n B Farm. Established in 1966 by Elbert and Dorothy Brown, the Farm is now a Vacation Farm offering a unique setting for a Family Vacation, Reunion, Wedding or Retreat. The Tilt'n B Farm has 75 acres ,of pasture, woods, and fields and has approx. half a mile of river frontage on the French Broad River.

The Tilt'n B Farm has a HOMESTEAD which sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms, Master bedroom with king bed, and Second bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room, family room, den, dining room, full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, a CABIN with a queen bed, full bath, kitchen, and living space.

Our Amenities include a SWIMMING POOL and TENNIS COURT. PRIVATE TENNIS LESSONS on site are available. We are close to Golf Courses, the Biltmore House and Gardens, Fishing, Shopping, and Hiking.

The Farm pastures approximately 75 dairy cattle for the Tap Root Dairy Farm.

The Tilt'n B Farm provides a most unique and satisfying Vacation or Retreat with the combination of Solitude with Nature and Activities at your Doorstep.

The Tilt'n B Farm is owned and operated by the Brown Family. Buster and Karen Brown, along with Jane Brown McNeil and Kerney McNeil reside in Asheville and oversee the Tilt'n B Farm. Long time visitors to Western North Carolina from Sarasota, Fl., Elbert and Dorothy Brown purchased the Farm in 1966.

This is an excellent place to stay while visiting Asheville. It is located just a short distance from the airport and is close to all the exciting things to do while in Asheville. The farm is very quite and the scenery is magnificent. The ranch house and bunk house were very nice, well-kept and comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed seeing the farm animals and native wildlife. This place is truly the perfect recipe for an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend!
