This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom villa is set in a quiet residential location and overlooks a lake. It is fully air conditioned and consists of a large open plan kitchen/living area with comfortable seating. There is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom which has an enclosed toilet and shower cubicle. A further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is a family bathroom with toilet, bath/shower. The large enclosed pool area is private and has a shaded lanai with table and chairs. There are also 4 sun loungers. Also on the Lanai is another Cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual home from home facilities. The utility room has a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer and access to the double garage. In the garage are various items that could be used on the beach. Internet access and cable TV are also provided free within the rental agreement.

Our House is on a quiet residential street overlooking a lake and is only 10 minutes from the beaches with the warm gulf waters. Local restaurants are varied in cuisine and many within a short drive, some even a short stroll. There is a golf course within 5 minutes and several more within 30 minutes drive. There is a local 64 lane 10 pin bowling alley and adventure golf. The Bolletteri tennis academy is nearby. Walmart and Publix are within 5 minutes, so you can see the house is very central to all amenities within the area. The De Soto mall on Cortez has department stores such as Sears, Macy's, JCPenney, etc.. The Ellenton outlet designer shopping mall is only 20 minutes drive from the house. The house is situated within Manatee County and the South Florida museum is also a short drive where you can get close to and learn about the Manatees which are an endangered species. Water sports are plentiful such as Parasailing, jet skis and boat hire.

Other kitchen facilities include coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, ice maker in freezer, waste disposal. Cordless telephone (free calls within USA ). Telephone cards can be purchased from local stores. The pool area is fully enclosed. Pool has a rollaway pool blanket. There is a gas barbeque and also a large table with chairs for outside dining. There is also a ceiling fan with light on the lanai. All utilities are included (except pool heating), the end of stay clean is included in the rental price. There are several smoke alarms inside the house.

Golf: Plenty of reasonable priced golf courses in the area. Favourites are Buffalo Creek, The Links and University. Sometimes there are good deals available at Legacy. Seasonal rates are much higher than mid summer rates. There are 2 sets of golf clubs kept in the garage which guests are welcome to use.

Other Activities: 64 Lane Ten Pin Bowling within 5 minutes drive.

Family Reunion

Just returned from 2 weeks at this very well equipped villa. We holidayed there with my two daughters and their families and there was ample space for all of us (6 adults 3 kids). The children really enjoyed the pool and my 3 year old grand daughter learnt to swim.
The villa is located is in a quiet neighbourhood and is very quiet at night but it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants also it is a short drive to the wonderful beaches of Anna Maria Island or Paradise as the locals call it.
The restaurants we enjoyed most were Star Fish for lunch, this is located off 123 st. For dinner we thought that Anna Maria Oyster Bar was excellent value for money. Don't be put off by the interior the food was great.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family or friends and we hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Holiday Home

Just returned from a wonderful vacation in Bradenton. This is a very well equiped and maintained home in a very pleasant turning of similar properties. It's location is superb for all amenties including restaurants, supermarkets etc. The delightful Anna Maria island with it's beaches is just 10 minutes drive away. We visited Busch gardens twice which is a very easy 50/60 minutes drive away. The owners were very helpful and communicative. Overall this property comes highly recommended and we definately intend to return as soon as possible!

What a Find!

A really well equipped villa - a real home from home, in a wonderful location. We had a wonderful time, the boys enjoyed the pool, while the adults were able to relax - it really is exhausting doing nothing. To while away the hours we spent a lot of time on the nearby Anna Maria Island, swimming, sunbathing, fishing and sampling the many flavours of ice cream a Two Scoops.

We would highly recommend this villa and would have no hesitation in returning - thank you Reg and Carole!

Fantastic holiday home

We found this a fantastic house to stay in for our holiday on the coast there was everything you could wish for and more and as for the pool i couldnt get my son out he loved it.
The only thing i would like to have had is wifi rather than hard wired internet.
The owners were more than helpful and gave very good service i hope to go back soon.

Our Golf Getaway

The house was perfect for me and three friends for our golf marathon. It is perfectly located to many of the areas best courses...and after playing two rounds in a day, almost every day, you don't want to have a long commute...The house is located near many restaurants too. The place was spotless and came well equipped with everything you needed.
