This place really was wonderful and looks just like the pictures. It was great to wake up to stunning water/city views each morning, and the condo had all the amenities we could have ever needed. We drove up from The States, so it was really great having a reserved parking space at no additional cost. That alone saved us at least $20 per day in parking elsewhere. The location is good, with many cafe's, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery/convenience store options within a quick walk. We took a cab everywhere else we wanted to go like Gastown and Granville Island.
Here's why I'm deducting one star from an otherwise five star option... The bed was a little firm for our liking. Not the end of the world, just not the kind of sleep we're used to. The entry way/common hallway also had a faint but clear odor of cigarette smoke. Not super pleasant for a couple of nonsmokers, especially when it's advertised as a nonsmoking unit. You really can only smell it if you're out in the hallway, or inside standing next to the door - but it's there. I know this is mostly out of their control as it's coming from other units, but I still figured it was worth mentioning in the review.
My biggest hesitation when booking this unit was the fact that the owner (Georgia) wanted a check mailed to her for a security deposit, and then I was to pay her the full rental amount in cash upon arrival. A small caution flag was initially raised, as I would have felt much better paying for everything online through HomeAway, but the other reviews were so positive I figured the risk was low. I can tell you that Georgia was an absolute pleasure to deal with and if you have any similar concerns, you shouldn't. Georgia was very responsive and helpful in coordinating our stay, and even gave us easy to follow directions to the condo from Whistler where we stayed before coming to Vancouver. Very helpful to have when you're trying not to rack up an international data bill on your smartphone. She was there waiting for us when we checked in, gave us a quick tour, recommended some places to go/eat, and then left us to our vacation. Georgia was very pleasant and was available as much or as little as we needed her. The security deposit check we mailed in was handed back to us as we checked out, with no issues.
The condo is clean. The location is good. The price is fair. Like I said, you won't be upset if you book here.
We loved the condo. It was comfortable and clean. It had a comfortable bed with lovely pillows. We loved sitting out on the balcony. The location was perfect.

My husband and I spent three nights on our first trip to Vancouver. The location in the West end was perfect for us....away from the noise of the main city area but within easy access to either English Bay or Coal Harbor and Stanley Park....with many options for groceries as well as restaurants. We never needed a car for getting around the city but did rent for one day for the beautiful drive to Whistler. Georgia and Goran were very helpful and the apartment is lovely and comfortable. A perfect visit!
This Condo was perfect! We were greeted by Goran when we arrived and from there on out it was smooth sailing. Loved the complimentary BC wine and chocolate.
Georgia was very quick to answer any questions we had.
The view of both the mountains and English Bay are outstanding.
Walking access to a variety of restaurants, the sea wall, Stanley Park, and the water taxi to Grandville Island.
Nothing negative to say about the entire trip.

We had an amazing stay at Georgia's residence. Close to everything ... Restaurants, beach, robson street. The suite is very well decorated with amenities. Amazing suite. There is complimentary BC wine. Allen (Georgia's husband) made sure we got a bottle of wine. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.
