Beautiful and fully air conditioned in private location with large swimming pool This very attractive and secluded villa enjoys a lovely location close to Cliff Richard`s villa. Set in grounds surrounded by walls with a gated entrance leading into a large cobbled driveway. There is a large new swimming pool (built in 2005) surrounded by terraces and gardens containing fruit,almond and carob trees. There are large open terraces with a covered B.B.Q./ dining area which overlooks the new swimming pool (10m x 5/6m)with Roman steps. Patio doors lead from the living, dining area and from one bedroom on to the terraces. Ground floor: Hall, New fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave etc., dining room, lounge with digital satellite TV with BBC channels, 1 double bedroom, two twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms,with large walk in showers First floor: Large landing with sitting area, master bedroom (twin) with bathroom en-suite, roof sun terrace which offers beautiful views to the coast.

The villa is close to Cliff Richard`s villa about 7 min drive to some of the most beautiful Algarve beaches. Albufeira town is 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season. The nearest supermarket is in Guia town (2kms), famous for many good value restaurants specialising in 'chicken piri piri'. Algarve Shopping, the biggest shopping centre in the region with several shops, restaurants, bowling, hypermarket (open Mon-Sun until 12:00 pm) is at Guia.

Supervilla mit Traumaussicht !!!

Wir haben in dieser wunderschönen Villa Ende Mai 2009 für eine Woche eine traumhaften Urlaub erlebt. Die Lage in dem kleinen Ort Guia kann man ohne Übertreibung als genial bezeichnen, wenn man ein paar relaxte Tage in aller Ruhe mit allen Annehmlichkeiten verbringen möchte. Traumaussicht auf die Küste, gepflegte Poolanlage, nagelneue Küche, romantische Abende am Kamin und Outside-BBQ ! Wir haben Portugal und die Algarve in unser Herz geschlosssen! In der näheren Umgebung ist alles wünschenswerte vorhanden, wir sind allerdings mit dem Mietwagen meistens an die Westküste gefahren (gute Stunde Fahrt) - Praia de Monte Clerigo war unser Hot Spot - dort sind überhaupt jede Menge Traumstrände, Albufeira kann man getrost vergessen (Touristen- Hochburg, fest in britischer Hand). Frango Piri-Piri (scharfes Huhn) vor Ort in Guia ist ein Must-have ! Ansonsten bleiben die Grillabende in der Villa bei Cliff Richard um die Ecke unvergessen !
