2 - STOREY VILLA

Très belle villa, très spacieuse avec des finitions de qualité.
Grand terrain, agréable et très bien entretenu.
Accès à la mer au fond du jardin.
La villa est aussi très bien équipée, et l\'on se sent très vite chez soi.
Acceptent les chiens (à noter que le terrain est entièrement clôturé)
La villa est bien mieux que ce que laissent penser les photos.
La maison voisine était occupée par de la famille du propriétaire, personnes charmantes et discrètes.

Votre villa est vraiment très agréable, avec une belle finition, très bien équipée et le terrain est aussi très bien.

We are staying at the moment with our two kids (2 and 4 years old) in this really fantastic domicile, which is much better than these pictures in the internet can show. However, these pictures are at least one year old and everything including the garden is in much better condition than these pictures show. In addition, there were made some very beautiful and helpful amendments to the house, so there is a roof now over the balcony in the first floor, on the front side over the entrence and on the backside on the left.

Mr. Tassos and his wife Ingrid are extremely kind and helpful. They always have an open ear for any wish and are trying to fulfill all of them. They did not left any one of ours open.

The villa is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen. There are greek national TV stations available also as all German TV programmes by Satellite. Not to forget the free WLAN internet access, which is also very helpful to stay in contact with the office.

I cannot recommend enough this villa. It is worth every EURO because you will find a perfect holiday accommodation on the sea, which is only a few steps away from the garden gate. We feel ourselves very secure here because there are fences around the whole property and you're not watched by every step from any neighbors.

We enjoy our stay and are already thinking of beeing back next summer!

Great villa, well-equipped (kitchen is equipped better than the one at home!). Very clean and taken-care of. There was everything that we could need from oil and salt to cotton buds and treatment from mosquito bites! It's by far the best equipped house we have ever rented.
There are 2 gardens: one at the front and the other at the back of the villa. Wonderful lawns, pine and olive trees.
Sea is a few steps from the garden gates, very clear. There's a pier that people use for swimming.
The villa is conveniently located not far from Athens and other places of interest. Ideally go for 2 weeks or more to be able to enjoy the villa and the location to the full.
We bought fresh shellfish and fish in Rafina really cheaply and used the kitchen. Went out to a shabby over-priced taverna once and didn't enjoy it. There is a good supermarket in the village and a "luna- park" for children just opposite.
The owners are VERY friendly and helpful.
FYI there's a second house on the territory belonging to the same owner. Sometimes there are people living in it. If you don't want to share the garden, it's best to check with the owner when you book.
