Newly built and completed November 2008 two 1 Bedroomed fully furnished Apartments ideal for families Located on the edge of the Piste with the Achter Jet Lift Station at the bottom of the Piste which services the whole of the Flachau Wagrain area Ski schools and Ski equipment Walking/Hiking shops are all within walking distance and there are many Music Bars, Restaurants all within easy reach and extremely reasonably priced compared to French Ski Resorts. For those who prefer to enjoy a summer vacation the area boast beautiful scenery stunning lakes some of which can be swam in a Aquapark and miles of Cycling tracks. Each Apartment has a Living area containing a fully fitted Kitchen with all modern appliances including Dishwasher a Bedroom and Bathroom. The Dining table seats 6 people the Settees convert into beds to sleep 2 People. TV. DVD. CD/Radio I-Pod dock/player. The Outdoor patio area is ideal for summer. Two Car park spaces, Ski/Bike Store, Heated boot rack.

The Apartment door opens onto Entrance with under floor heating. The Bathroom has a shower with Glass shower screen over full size bath, Wash basin Toilet, Heated towel rail and flooring, Shaver/light point. The Bedroom has one Double bed, One Adult enabled Bunk Bed, Wardrobes and Drawers. The living area has a Fully fitted Kitchen with Oven Hob Fridge Dishwasher Microwave Kettle Coffeemaker Toaster. The Dining table seats 6 people there is a large L shaped Settee that into a Double bed. The wall unit has hanging and shelf space for extra clothing. There is a TV, DVD, CD. Radio i-pod dock player. The Patio door leads onto a paved area which is ideal for outdoor entertainment during the Summer months. There is a separate Ski/Store room which has a Heated boot rack, ski rack, and plenty of storage for Bikes etc. The Car Parking consists of One covered and One uncovered area per Apartment.

Flachau is a Beautiful resort within the The Salzburger Sportswelt and prides it`s self in the many Sports and Leisure activities it has to offer both Winter and Summer season listed below are just a few Winter Season: Main entry into Austria`s largest Ski areas 1,000 metres above sea level, 860 Kilometres of Ski Slopes, 276 Lifts, An extensive network of snow cannons, State of the art alpine transport, and on the high plateau of Flachau, Cross country skiing, Tobogganing, Sleighing & Floodlit ski are all available. In nearby Flachauwinkl there is a 10 obstacle snow board park. Summer Season: Ideal area for Mountain biking, Cycle or walk the extensive flat cycle pathways through the valley and along the lake sides and in Flachauwinkl there is a swimming lake that has a variety of activities around it Horse riding, Ski/boot/board, Bike Hire, 18 hole Golf course, Driving range, Rafting, Internet cafe, and a purpose built Waterpark are all available locally or a short car ride away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All enquires will be answered as soon as possible.
    A Reservation Fee of 25% of full rental fee will be required to secure the booking.
    The final balance will become due no less than 8 weeks prior to rental date.
    A security deposit will be required of 150.00 Euros or Sterling equivalent per week will be required with final balance.
    Payment can be made in euros to our Austrian bank account by Bank transfer or in the equivelent sterling as per the currency converter to our U.K. sterling account by Bank transfer or sterling cheque.
    All security deposits will be returned in full upon receipt of notification from the Cleaning Company that no breakages or damage have been reported.
    Please note all visitors to Austria must pay a Tourist Tax of 1. 20 euro per Adult per night over 16 years old this will be added to the final payment.
    Final Clean and Laundry services charged at 80 euros per stay, up to 5 persons.

TOURIST OFFICE: Located in Flachau Centre website address: www.flachau.com BANKS: Located in Flachau Centre. GOLF: Radstadt. SWIMMING: summer Alpinecenter. HORSE RIDING: Raitdorf. MEDICAL CENTER: Caters for both Emergencies and General health and Dental problems based in Altenmarkt a short drive away. INTERNET: 5 Locally either wi-fi or charged 1euro for 20 minutes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this modern and well furnished appartment. The appartment is brand new and has a convenient location very close to the slopes and also close to the main après ski places.

The pictures and description on the website were all very accurate (no trick photography or exaggerate claims).
Owner's Response: Thank you Michael we are so pleased you had a good time and note you found the Apres ski ideal so do we and being so close to the slopes is so much easier as no car is necessary and you can pop back to the Apartment for Lunch.
Some of our guests have required further advise on best Restaurants, Shopping and Ski Hire etc, and we are always happy to help.
