What a great Weekend!!

Stayed for 3 day weekend and would stay again. This cottage is very clean, well maintained and sooo well equipped. Full pantry, large flat screen with Wii for the kids, ping pong table, gas BBQ, boat house with 2 canoes, a kayak, 4 man paddleboat and vests, basketball net, firepit, extra linens if it gets cold at night, towels etc etc. The owners here have thought of it all for you. Fishing off the dock is great for the kids, the Sunfish are so plentiful you can watch a dozen of them go after the kid's bait. They loved it and were thrilled to catch that many fish. Crappies and Perch were caught off the dock as well with a little more finesse/skill and some micro lures with ultralight gear. Midnight fishing off the dock with topwaters was rewarding for the adults, 4 LBS bass was pulling in. The distance and slope to the water could make it difficult for someone with problems climbing steep hills but that wasn't an issue for us. Frontenac Park is really close and has many hiking trails. From ones for kids (Boardwalked) to ones for experienced hikers but don't forget to bring a BUDDY, a MAP and some WATER......"B" ;-)
