3 bd/ 2 bth 3rd f. Fireworks & Lakeview (Condo XL)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Vista Cay condo. The location was great, just a short drive to Universal. The condo was clean, and the layout was just what we were looking for - king size beds for the adults, and twins for the kids. We did get to see fireworks from the balcony - from Universal, I think. A new nighttime show. It was really nice to have a grocery store so close - you can just walk over. And pizza from NYPD pizza was good too.
We used both pools, neither was at all crowded with plenty of chairs and a choice of sun or shade. Would definitely consider returning when visiting Universal.
Making the arrangements with Havard was easy - we had no issues or problems during our stay.

Cant say enough about the condo, the owner and the management company. The condo is large and spacious. All the items you need to cook are there if you wanted to cook. We had breakfast there every morning and made the kids PBJ for lunches at the parks. There is a great supermarket within a minute walk from the front door. One night we were just too tired to go out for dinner so we walked to market, picked up some yummy premade salads and enjoyed a quiet dinner at home.

It is CLEAN, which is critical for me. The beds, furniture, counters, baths, etc are all well cared for. The view from the balcony is relaxing. The pools and jacuzzis were wonderful. You will not be disappointed.

The owner is very responsive. I was a bit nervous renting since he is from another country but there was no problem. The management company onsite knows him well and they are there if you need anything. He checked in with us before we left and when we returned. We would not hesitate to rent again from him and recommend him to friends.

This is a great condo to rent if you are in the area for a conference at the convention center.
Everything is up to date.
The owner was very nice to deal with.
I would definitely return to this property next year
