We are pleased to announce that a brand new Games Room has just been installed. This consists of a Standard Pool Table, Football Table, Electronic Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis, Electronic Dart Board, Books, Kids Games and Puzzles etc and is available to enjoy at your leisure.
**Aviana Clubhouse** -
The Clubhouse has a first class fitness centre if your feeling a bit energetic! It also has a sand volleyball court and putting green, communal swimming pool, childrens large play area, meeting arena and coffee area. You also have private internet access. Great place to meet new people!
Gated Community:
Unlike other communities, this new community is electronically gated which provides you with added security. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a 4 digit number which will allow access, the gate is also manned and there is 24hr help available.
Problem Solving:
Our management team are very diligent, they are available 24hrs a day. If you encounter any problems, no matter how small, there is a number provided, just give them a call and they will arrange to meet you when it suits. Please do not hesitate to call.
Golf:
If you are a keen golfer, then you couldn't have picked a better location. The Providence Golf Course is directly across the road. This includes all the usual facilities and also has a very good standard restaurant. Alternatively, there is a golf course at Champions Gate and Reunion which is about 5mins away.
