The Provence villa is the perfect Miami waterfront vacation home offering 5 bedrooms 4 baths for approximately 3000 SQF (280m2), it will accommodate comfortably 12 people. This Miami vacation homes is located in the exclusive gated island of Eastern Shores, 2 minutes away from the wonderful beaches of Sunny Isles, 10 mn from Bal Harbour and Aventura. It is a 2 story comfortable well decorated spacious home with contemporary furniture that was substantially renovated in 2005.Entering the property you penetrate in the spacious living room featuring 18 feet (6meters) high ceilings and large windows. The living room overlooks the pool patios and provides a great view of the large canal. To the left of the living room, there is the formal dining room that offers serene views of the canal. The spacious kitchen is very comfortable and features a breakfast area overlooking the canal.

The 4th bedroom offers 2 twin beds; the 5th bedroom offers a queen size bed.
