The Court Yard is an art deco vacation rental apartment building situated in the center of South Beach: just one block away from the renowned Lincoln Road and five blocks from the famous beaches of South Beach. The vacation rental property from 1937 has been renovated 5 years ago. This 2 story building is surrounded by a peaceful tropical garden. High speed internet is provided in the premises and for your security this vacation rental property has fences, an intercom system securing the entrance and a video surveillance camera system. This comfortable 650sq ft one bedroom South Beach vacation rental apartment has been totally redecorated and is located in the second floor of the Northwest of the building. This South beach vacation apartment provides central a/c and is full of light. It has a very charming living room with comfortable furniture and an old chimney (non working). Next to the renovated kitchen you will find the dining area.

This unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and covers 650 sq.ft. It features brand new furniture, appliances, kitchen, hardwood floors and has a delightful view of the gardens. This unit can comfortably sleep 4 people. The apartment has a nice size living room with a chimney (non working) and comfortable furniture, there is a separated dinning room next to the Kitchen which is totally equipped. The bedroom is nice and spacious for the comfort of the guest with a queen size bed. The bath has been totally renovated in September 2008 and features a modern cascade shower with top of the line fixtures. The apartment has alarm system for your safety. The whole building is provided by wireless internet service, coins-working washer and dryer also available. A property manager is on call in order solve any issues you might have while staying with us.
