Your home is a 2 bed/2 bathroom condo on Lake Marion Golf Resort in Kissimmee. The condo is for rent, year round at a very reasonable rate. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite) sleeping up to 4 people with additional sleeping for 2 on the sofa bed in the living room. The living room comprises of cable t.v. The kitchen area has all the mod-cons that you would expect including washer/dryer, cooker/microwave, fridge-freezer and air-conditioning. Towels and bed linen are all included so all you have to do is bring yourself and enjoy all the amentities that the resort has to offer.

Lake Marion Resort has it all. It is located on a 3800 acre fishing lake and is a quick trip away from restaurants and shops including a Supercenter Wal-Mart, a Publix, and a Winn Dixie. The Clubhouse facilities outside include a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a pool just for the kids, shuffleboard and table tennis. Inside there is a Workout Room, Pool Table and a bid screen TV. A two minute walk takes you to the Lighted Basketball and Tennis Courts. You can of course just relax on the Lake front picnic spots or take advantage of the views of the beautiful Lake Marion.

Amenities include Swimming, tennis, walking, boating, fishing, golf, Outlet-Shopping, Pier-Fishing, Fitness-Center, Playground, Pond. There are also horse riding facilities 10 mins away by car. Close to theme parks such as Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and many water-parks. Tampa & Busch Gardens are 1 hour away. In the other direction is Kennedy Space Center and the Atlantic Coast

The listing for this condo is truly representative of the property. The unit is well furnished and equipped and was very clean when we arrived. The entire Lake Marion Resort property is extremely well maintained with manicured lawns and shrubbery and clean pools. It is about a 15 minute drive from any retail area but perfectly located if you are looking for a quiet place to relax but within easy access to all the area has to offer. Roger, the owner of this unit is extremely easy to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiry you might have. My husband and I recently spent 10 days in this condo and would highly recomend it.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay in this condo!
It is equipped with everything you need and was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the pool which was never very busy and very clean.
The condo is based in a lovely area, it's a little bit of a drive to get to all the attractions but it was nice to retreat back to the quiet after a long day seeing what orlando has to offer!
Had great communication with the owner, who was always quick to reply to any emails or queries.
Would definitely go back if we were ever in Orlando again!

Fantastic!

From the word go, this rental was wonderful. Had brilliant and easy contact with the property owner, and when we arrived we were not disappointed! The condo itself was lovely and very homely and had everything we needed! The location is brilliant, too. You're far enough from the hustle and bustle of Orlando so that you can relax, but the main attractions are only a short drive away. Once you're used to the roads and directions - getting anywhere you want is a breeze. The resort was lovely, and the lake itself is fascinating, full of wildlife and a gorgeous place to watch the sunset. The pools are all clean and not too busy, and the resort security staff are very friendly and quick to answer any questions you have. We hope to return to this property and highly recommend it to everyone!!

Nice Quiet Condo

We enjoyed 8 days in this condo and were very impressed with the accomodations. The condo was well appointed and quite comfortable. We appreciated the wifi as it allowed us to stay in touch with the world while we were on vacation. Nice pool area, and very quiet neighbourhood. We made breakfast evey mornining and then head out for the day's activities. Close to all the theme parks, and a short drive to the beaches. Lots of room for our family of 4. The owners were very pleasant to deal with.

Brilliant Holiday Home

We have recently returned from a two week holiday staying in this fantastic condo, it truly felt like home from home, quiet and very comfortable making it easy to relax in, which is an important part of our holidays.
The condo was clean and tidy, and extremely well equipped with high quality furnishings. People and staff on the complex were all very friendly and helpful.
Perfect for families or couples, there were 2 couples in our party and we found the rooms ample and very spacious.
Will defiantly recommend this condo to friends and relatives.
